I was having troubling ordering via the website so I called to ask a question. The employee who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I tried to call back in case maybe it was an accident, but the call was answer and hung up on again immediately without even being able to say anything. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap from Wise Guys and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The wrap itself was soggy, the lettuce was thick, white, and clearly not fresh, and the chicken pieces were so large and tough that I couldn’t even bite through them. At one point, I literally gagged trying to eat it.

To make matters worse, the service wasn’t great either. I had the order delivered, but instead of bringing it to my door, the delivery person made me walk out to her car to get it. It felt really unprofessional. I also called the restaurant afterward to share my experience, and they had no idea what to say. There was no apology, no solution—just awkward silence on the other end.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt necessary. I hope they take this as constructive feedback and make some improvements, because this was not worth the money or the effort.

Bought a buffalo chicken sandwich, it was terrible. Stone cold chicken, no blue cheese and soaked in buffalo sauce.

The Grilled Chicken Pesto sub was nothing short of spectacular. The bread was super fresh, house-made mozzarella and grilled pesto chicken was just the right balance. I will be telling everyone about this.

I would love to see the seating area expanded but I understand the location is limiting.

The food was a complete bland disappointment, the plastic trays that held the food were nasty and had dried 'stuff' caked on them. The burger buns were so stale they were hard. The burger was drowned in yellow mustard even though I requested only ketchup. The whole place appears dirty and unkept, floor to ceiling and everything between. I'm not sure how this place stays in business but I will never ever go back. Over $40 for a basic burger and a wrap with bottled water.

Got the Lorenzo, #21. Exactly what I bargained for. Great sub roll, fresh ingredients. Only missing one star bc I wish there was a little more protein. Otherwise, the theme is iconic and the whole experience had me kicking my feet and doing a little shoulder shimmy.
