Normally a 5 star experience but we went on a Sunday for dinner after what was described as a “busy weekend” and they were out of some menu favorites. We were a table of 4 and they only had enough chicken for two of us. All that being said, we've had really good experiences previously and will certainly return.

I've been there for brunch many times so wanted to try dinner. Our waitress was unpleasant, didn't great us, asked how are drinks were which didn't make sense (wine and lemonade). Never asked if I wanted another wine. Didn't take appetizer plates until the end of the meal after we consolidated them. Food was ok, chicken was a little dry, had to ask for more sauce, paella was in a small dish, beautiful plating but no room to maneuver.

Turned out to be more expensive than menu reflected. No warning about up charges or cost of specials not on menu.

Food was excellent! I had the Watermelon & Goat Cheese Salad and the Lemon Chicken, while my husband had the Ceasar Salad and the Salmon. We also ordered some Rosemary Olive Bread which was so good we got a second order. Finished with the Pistachio Creme Brulee. Everything was delicious and our server Anastasia was so accommodating. Highly reccomend!

Be aware - the restaurant is passing the credit card fee they would normally pay onto you as the customer.

The food was absolutely amazing and delicious! My wife and I ordered the Watermelon Salad, Burrata, Fish & Chips, and Lobster Roll. Everything was excellent, but the standout for me was definitely the Burrata. I'm a huge burrata fan and their pairing with fig jam was just perfect. The Fish & Chips were light and crispy, and the Lobster Roll was flavorful and satisfying. I was tempted to try the Lemon Chicken, but I'll save that for next time. The ambience was another highlight. Both the inside and outside looked beautiful, and we chose to sit outdoors. We had dinner around 5:45 pm, and East Greenwich looked beautiful. The only drawback was the pacing of the meal. We ordered everything at once, but there was about a 40-minute gap between the first courses (salad and burrata) and the mains. Personally, I tend to lose my appetite if food takes too long to arrive. That said, our server was excellent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and great with recommendations. The slower kitchen timing wasn't her fault, and she really made the experience enjoyable. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (3.5/5)

My husband and I attended the Neapolitan Pizza class at Besos - hoping to learned some tips and tricks to use at home, as we recently had a wood fired pizza oven built. We couldn't have asked for anything different. We loved the class. Chef Hector was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything from the ingredients, to the techniques, answering any questions we had along the way. Besos itself is an adorable place, with a charming atmosphere. The staff were all very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend the class, even if you never intend to make a pizza - it was a great time. We traveled about 75 minutes to get to Besos, but loved it so much that we'd gladly make the trip again. Kudos to Chef Hector and to the servers and bartenders at Besos. We will definitely be back!

We had to wait 20 minutes for our table and the manager was very apologetic and at first they said we couldn't sit outside and it was our anniversary and we wanted to sit outside because it's summertime. That's why I booked it ahead so that was a little disappointing, but then they made it up to us and the food was excellent And after we waited 20 minutes, we sat outside

I have been to Besos several times in the past. This visit we sat on the deck outside which was like being in a cozy nook even though it was close to the road. The decor and seating were lovely. The server was very friendly and attentive, even checking to make sure we were comfortable since it was breezy out. We had appetizers and drinks. The drinks were not to our personal taste but well made. We were surprised at the presentation of two apps ( patatas bravas and hummus plate) as they were not what we expected and flavor wise again not bad but not to our liking . The watermelon salad was incredible. The last app were the empanadas , which unfortunately I discovered a hair in the crème fraiche which indicates to me a fail on kitchen quality and safety control. Quite a surprisingly disappointing visit.

We love coming here, the food and drinks and service are great but it was so unbearably hot inside. The ac was absolutely not working across the restaurant the only cool place was the restroom. We asked multiple staff and they said the temperature in the restaurant was way too hot too. Hoping this gets fixed for us to come again!

The air conditioning wasn't working when we went. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. Our waiter Noah was nice but not very good at his job. He hovered over us the entire meal. When we asked for ice for our water he gave it to us in a glass right out of the dishwasher so it melted immediately. Food was ok. We had to wait along time for our dinners. So I do not think we will be going back soon. And Noah should stop asking if you are done working on your meal. If the meal is good it isn't work. It is a pleasure.

This was definitely one of the best experiences yet I was so excited to see pizza class offered, especially at one of my favorite restaurants myself and my family have been coming to besos for years from before they opened the pizza bar and with pizza being one of my families favorites it has become the go to. we come as long as the season lets for the pizzas. Hector is by for one of the best pizza chefs Besos has had he definitely has a true culinary talent and a great personality as a chef. coming tonight and thinking everyone was going to make one and the same pizza or to their liking at least 10 pizzas were made you also have the option to participate in personally making a pizza besides getting to try all of the options of the night ending it with a special dessert from their Johnson and Wales pastry Chef you had me at mango. The food was fresh and so was the service as well as the other attendees for tonight‘s Pizza class this is definitely a must do and I hope Besos keeps this going. You truly got full appreciation for the food preparation and getting to experience the true heart of the chef and what they love to do

Great menu, venue and staff . Went there for Father's Day and had a really good dining experience. Pizzas make for an amazing appetizer.
