Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food station was a absolute mess, the older woman taking orders was rude and she skimp d out on food portions and was rude when asked about it. 17 $ for a small bowl of rice and meat is ridiculous

Ordered pickup on the app. Waited for 15 minutes after the supposed pickup time, which wasn’t the issue. I stood waiting for my food and as the employee was making my order halfway through walks in the back for some reason. He finished making our food and then hands it to me and says, “enjoy your food, buddy”. I was confused because I literally had no other interaction with him and when I got back to my office the food was disgusting. We both got food poisoning. Will not be giving them anymore business

Me and my daughter visit this place to have lunch. As soon as we open the menu we were shock unbelievable high prices. a little bowl of rice and beans and avocado 15$so it would have been $50 for two people with drinks. So we decided to get up and leave. I mean the place is very nice and clean the food is wonderful but $50 is just too much

I never write reviews like this, but I felt compelled to. On Tuesday evening of this week we went to this chipotle to have dinner. While ordering my toppings, the staff were engaging in personal conversations, interrupting while I was ordering, and were distracted by another staff member who was drawing images on the brown paper bags. There were many open tables to choose from, however we could not sit at a single table inside because every single one of them was filthy and clearly needed to be wiped down. It was so bad that we actually had to sit outside. Meanwhile, the staff we’re still having personal conversations and drawing on brown paper bags. There were no napkins stocked And we had to go Back up to the front counter to ask for napkins While multiple staff members were just standing around.

It feels musty or humid in there where you eat in the dining room. We got the salad and burritos last night and the young gentleman looked warm in the first area & also the staff which they all working very hard because it was very busy. (Even for lunch everyone seems warm.) Food was good but couldn’t sit for long which we like to do. Love coming but for the summer it doesn’t seem cool enough to relax and eat inside. Other Chipotles seem cooler. On the other point the food is always great including the service/workers & that’s why we come here.

My first time at Chipotle. Young staff . Limited menu. Not overwhelmingly busy . Chips without salsa for $2.75 !? What's up with that !!? The place was a mess!!! Tables dirty. Trash on the floor . Is there a manager? By the time we were leaving someone did come to clear tables . Not very on top of it Oh there was no steak available!!!??? Very hard to eat smashed tacos in aluminum foil then rolled? No one asked if we were dining in they just wrapped it .

The staff here are supper rude the blonde thinks she can talk to people how she wants over THE FOOD NOT LOOKING GOOD this was 7/1/25 @ 1:20 trying to tell me the pork comes cooked already and they only warm it up I’m sorry but it’s looks disgusting I’ve never seen it look that way and she wants to give me the attitude not appropriate soft drink is also disgusting $4 for a flat water pretty much

I opened up my burrito and while I was eating I bit into a chicken bone. At least that’s what I hope it was. My mother opened up her bowl to find a giant mountain of guacamole. It overpowered the entire course. Worst meal and we had to throw both out.

Ran out of cheese did not get more waited 3 minutes to be greeted although they did make more whit rice, that is in the job description. My burrito took three bites to eat smallest burrito ever. Asked for a little sour cream, got more sour cream than everything else combined.

Do not recommend this chipotle.

The kids where careless, the food was mush and when you walked in you would think it was the apocalypse or it just got the biggest rush it’s ever seen. Rice all over the floor and cash out. Food all over all the guest tables not just a couple. Where they prepare your food it looked like it’s been there 4 days the cross contamination is wild. Dirtiest establishment I’ve seen.

This location is ALWAYS out of multiple food items. Today it was a 15 min wait for chicken or steak. And also no fajita veggies. And they forgot the cheese in the kids Quesadilla.
