They start my veggie bowl, and at the end, she is telling me I don't have lettuce or guacamole,
How can veggies bowl is good without these two ??
Day by day, Chipotle is going down in service.

I did deliver for a burrito with guacamole but they put a full avocado instead of guacamole which is different

Place is dirty and constantly runs out of ingredients. Customer service is terrible ever since the big guy with the gold chain left. Went down hill fast!! Chips are always stale, for the money there are better options in the area!!

I’ve had repeated issues with this location. The inside is usually dirty, and they are constantly out of key products. What’s worse is that the Chipotle app doesn’t reflect the actual inventory of the restaurant. I’ve ordered items through the app only to arrive and find out they’re unavailable, which leads to the hassle of fighting for a refund. Chipotle needs to ensure the app is updated with real-time inventory to avoid this frustration. Until then, I’ll be avoiding this location.

My husband and I love going there. The food is always fresh. And we love Destiny, she is so kind, nice, and sweet and always takes care of us.
She does such a great job!

This is the second time in a row that the place was filthy, they were out of most ingredients, and the staff was doing nothing but laughing at the fact that customers weren’t happy. We ended up throwing our food out it was so inedible. This location needs a manager or just shut down.

Last time we were in the chips were completely stale. Then I thought maybe I left my credit card there as it was missing and I went to see as they don’t answer their phone and they wouldn’t look for me since they were busy. I completely understand that, but I asked if they would please call me when they’re not busy and the girl was not willing to help! Probably won’t be going to the chipotle off of division in East Greenwich anymore.
