I waited over 20 minutes for a latte when I ordered it at Go Play. I tried calling to check the status, but they picked up the phone and then wouldn’t talk to me. Then their phone was off the hook when I hung up and tried to call again. A woman working at Go Play had to go in and ask them to make my drink. Finally, a woman with a surly attitude came out and put my drink on the counter. Will never order from them again.

The coffee was okay. Certainly drinkable especially in a pinch. But.... The cream cheese was out of this world, I recommend tub cream cheese. I definitely didn't go in with the intention of getting a tub of cream cheese, but in hindsight it was the right choice.

Went to get a hot decaf coffee this afternoon. I was told they were out of decaf coffee but offered me a decaf ice coffee instead. How do you not have hot decaf coffee if you’re a coffee place 🤷♀️ I’m wondering if the girl was too lazy to make a new pot of decaf. Very disappointed…..makes me not want to return.

this place is cute inside but the coffee is not good. got a cold brew (which i usually drink black) and it was so bitter and burnt tasting i had to try it with milk. ended up throwing it away. not worth the money

Currently sitting at the inside bar, with my sister in law. The only 2 people in here. The girls behind the counter are too busy making TikTok videos to even greet us. Has now been almost 10 minutes of them dancing behind the other counter on their phones.
Finally after 10 minutes I had to say excuse me can someone make me a drink? Oh sorry we didn't see you, the bar is closed on Sundays. Well thanks for wasting my time.

Typically I have a great experience at Drip but when I ordered from the kiosk at GoPlay it took 35-mins to get my phone coffee. I had to call 3 times before anyone picked up and was hung up on. Maybe just a bad day but I won’t use the app again. If you’re going to partner with an organization it’s important to have as good as an experience as we would at the cafe.
I have been going to the Drip Relatively frequently for probably the last six months. I have found the atmosphere to be enjoyable the food and drinks good and the fine. I went there today for coffee with a friend, when I walked up to the counter, there was A server who ignored me for a couple of minutes because she was too busy counting her tips. I found that to be rude and Unacceptable behavior. I let it go until my friend placed her order and the server was now counting her change, ignoring my friend. My friend let her know in a polite manner that the customer should come first. The server was offended, and after a few moments, and after a few moments simply walked away. Honestly, they are plenty of places I can go for a coffee that have a decent atmosphere. I am sorry to say that I don’t think I’ll be going back to a place that disrespects me.

I went for the first time today and I will say I am not impressed! I ordered a hot hazelnut with an egg and sausage sandwich and hash brown. Coffee taste like one you get from a convenience store, sandwich was ok for the most part , hash brown was soggy and tasted like it had cinnamon on it. Cost was kinda pricey for food and coffee that was not good. I was hoping to find a new coffee spot but sadly this will not be in! Very cute set up inside just not the best coffee or food. Sorry
