I had a mobile order for a drink and two French cruller but they were out of Fc so I asked for glazed donuts but same thing happened again. I was a bit disappointed and asked if it’s possible to get refund. In stead of going through all the hassle on the app making phone call to get my money back, the girl working there offered me something else instead of donut which works too! Thanks for making things right and providing a solution that saves me time and fill my tummy at the same time : )

I’ve never felt the need to actually go out of my way to contact corporate offices. This place should be shut down for such poor customer service. Horrendous attitudes. They don’t care about their jobs. Just getting paid. The foods always lukewarm. They don’t give a crap about the food they’re serving. Dublin used to be a staple. I refuse to go anymore solely from this location. Family has also stopped going to Dunkin in general due to this crappy store

Order a coffee light on the ice and you get a full cup of ice .. you can barely get the straw in it and 6 sips later no coffee left just a cup of ice for 4 bucks

Can’t ever get a hot sandwich or hear the expedites call out orders and all the females give you mugs when you come in. What happen to customer service what happened to greeting your guest with a smile. Cheese on my sandwich wasn’t even melted indicating it wasn’t even hot.
Always a good, reliable menu with reasonable prices and smiling service prepared well.
