Unfortunately, this Dunkin location is a disappointment. The bagels are noticeably smaller and taste nothing like what you get at other locations. The eggs are also different and not good at all. To make matters worse, the drive-through hands you the card reader with a tip prompt, which feels out of place for a drive-through. Keeping loose change when paying cash is one thing, but expecting a 20% tip for this level of service feels excessive

Pretty un-inviting and dirty. I've actually overheard (2) separate employees make fun of the customer in the drive thru now. Anyways, solid location, hope the owner makes some good changes soon.

Disgusting honestly. You need to clean your kitchen. I just bought 2 sandwiches while being extremely hungry and they both taste like a dirty oven mixed with metal shavings. It smells worse than it tastes. I can't even imagine what the equipment must look like to make food taste like that. Honestly that's just dirty and unprofessional. Hire better people that can actually do the job.
Dunkin is my favorite coffee especially the iced latte.

I ordered a hot chocolate. When I finally opened it up joyed to have one this season. It was clumpy and just tasted like water. It was disgusting. Hot chocolate is so easy. It’s instant like at home just make sure it’s mixed and has enough in it. Watery chocolate is the worst especially when paying for it. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Update 11/26/24 they did it once again. I ordered a freaking hot chocolate and in turn I get coffee with unsweetened flavors. This has pissed me off beyond belief. How hard is it when it’s not busy? I get you’re almost done for the night but pay the hell attention. The owner has to get his stuff together. I’m not going back to this location anymore. I’d rather go somewhere else further away to avoid the incompetence.
