Absolutely horrible!!! I went there to purchase multiple drinks I was told they could not accept my currency. I asked for water because of a worker was suffering from a heat stroke was refused water after I offered to pay triple for the water. Absolutely horrible.

I placed a mobile order from an apartment in east greenwich where I work, it is about 2 minutes away from the dunkin. The first time I ordered from here a worker gave the biggest additude and said how I order and immediately pull up to the drive through and how we give them no time, I brushed it off at first. But today she did the same thing and when we got up to the drive through all they were doing was talking, one worker was actually sitting down and talking. I ask if I’m not supposed to do this and she replies “You can but you order and immediately come before we have time to make anything” But what do they do when people order regularly and come to the window? Sit and complain? They clearly don’t take their job serious and I have gotten the most additude from the same workers here constantly. My order was not big either, hash browns, a coffee, a drink, a donut. Pretty easy if you ask me. She also says none of the food was in and how they had to “rush” to make it. Once I got my food I said thank you to a different girl , she ignored me and closed the window and went back to talking. Mind you this dunkin wasn’t busy at all so they couldn’t be stressed out. Very bad experience, rude workers.

Meh…always out of certain donuts and food items. Service is just okay honestly. Dunkin in general has really gone downhill over the years, they have put profit over quality and it shows. From the lack of frosting on the donuts, the quality of donuts and selection. It’s called Dunkin “Donuts” yet the donuts have become a secondary thought and suck. I don’t know why the cult following, maybe it’s just the quick fix coffees but I’m all set with Dunkin. Bring back Honey Dew and Bess Eaton?!

I order a new rockstar drink and order specifically with 3 pumps of the syrup and when I received the drink it’s was terrible taste of the syrup! The service was competed when I went back to get it remade the server was arguing about how many pumps she put and had a terrible attitude. If you ever go here be ready to get your order re-made

No toilet paper in either bathroom. Wonderful….. Went to order a coffee and watching videos on phone and conversation amongst the staff took precedent over taking my order. Would give zero stars if possible.

As others have mentioned, this is the absolute worst run Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. I tried it a few times and won't be back. The place is disgusting filthy, coffee and food never consistent or fresh (to the point you won't drink or eat it), and the staff all have just bad attitudes. I'm not sure who owns or runs this franchise, but Wow. Talk about purposely loosing customers.

This has to be the worst run dunkin ever. 5 minutes in drive thru for 1 donut. Then the girl wanted to charge me $10 because she didn't know which order was mine. The donut btw had the wrapper placed on the frosting side because they can't even grab a donut right. Never again here

Went there to grab breakfast, the cashier was talking with a colleague through the headphones, misunderstood the request and charged me an extra that I did not wanted. When I asked about it, she pretended not to understand my English. When o got the order, asked them to correct it, they did it but did not gave me back what they charged in excess.
