The only reason to go to this restaurant is Louie the bartender! The food has sucked since the new owner took over. We have been regulars for years and today we ordered hotdogs and one of the buns was mold filled! No Christmas decorations or even people! Stay away! The new management are clueless!

Had steak sandwich, steak was over cooked it was crunchy not moist. Mac and cheese the sauce was broken all clumps not cheesy Best thing was the Greek salad dressing! Don't waste your money there!

I have been going to waysider on an off for a few years . The place needs an update for sure. Not what it used to be to be . Food was ok . Waiter did his best under shortage of staff. Felt like I wouldn’t go back until they made updates especially the bathroom and some paint.

I have been attending trivia night periodically with family for over a year (table of 8 plus every week). My niece and her family attend 2 to 3 nights per week.
The service has been terrible since the new owners took over and the quality is food has rapidly declined. Tonight we had to return 5 out of the 8 meals that our table ordered. We also waited more than an hour for the food.
My burger was raw. When the burger was returned to the kitchen, the same burger was returned to me microwaved with cold fries.
5 out of the 8 of us, did not eat our meals that were served this evening due to meals being undercooked, burnt, not the correct order, or just cold.
The cook was standing in the bar area drinking and watching sports rather than cooking edible meals.
Your regular customers are complaining and you are not addressing the issues.
Unacceptable and I won’t be back!

My family and I had reservations there this past Tuesday. We all had never been here before and wanted to try something new to us to celebrate 3 birthdays that night.
I normally never complain or write to any company but I felt I should since we didn't have the greatest experience. I am not sure if the young man we had was a new waiter or if he just didn't know anything about the menu or alcoholic drinks or if it was a very inexperienced kitchen and bartender. We would ask him questions and he looked dumbfounded each time.
First issue was that one of us ordered the fried buffalo chicken mac and cheese. But received grilled chicken on top of the mac and cheese. And the waiter asked what they would like to do. Obviously they would like the fried chicken instead of the grilled chicken and we asked that a whole new meal with the fried chicken be brought out. Second issue was that my fiance and I ordered Ketel one cucumber mint vodka with club soda. We both got served martinis (!?) and then had to ask about the club soda, which was then brought in a separate glass for each of us and an extra $2.99 each for the soda which was supposed to be part of the drink that we asked for in the first place!! So instead of paying just for our vodka drink we had to then pay $5.98 extra! The eggplant parm I had was not good, way too thick of eggplant slices, at least 2-3 inches thick! We dropped over $260 that night! A refund would be nice. Contacted restaurant, haven't heard back

First and last time going there. Food and drinks were horrific. Got the salmon that was not even cut right, just a cut up mashed up chunk of meat with a pile of “dill aioli” on top. The broccoli was so burnt and over salted and their bland breadcrumbs they call cauliflower rice was disgusting. Whole meal inedible. Tried a friends wings and they were just as awful. Bartender can’t make a proper drink either. Trivia was boring, slow, repetitive (do we need to ask the question literally 5 times?). Will say waiter was great but heard it was his last night so there’s that.

I specifically asked for a chicken wing dinner, the server told me it was in the kiosk. When I received my bill I was charged a separate price for FF. I asked about it, the slip was altered taking off .99 , to appear a dinner price. Awful treatment for an otherwise satisfied customer. I won’t be back.

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic . They also had entertainment which was a pleasant surprise. We stopped there for dinner before a show but I will make a trip back just for dinner ?

Food was excellent, service was a little slow, but Brooke did a great job as she was the only wait staff on duty (a Thursday around noon). They had some very good lunch specials, both in selection and prices.
