Best ice cream place I've ever been to

I unfortunately did not get the chance to take a photo of the chocolate on a cone ice cream with sprinkles but my 4 year old devoured it. Such great selections on the Menu to pick 😋. Large size too for just a kid's ice cream 🍦 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ 👍

We’re coming to Boston from Austin, Texas in 2 weeks. Is this RI location the one with Papa Jim? If so, we’ll drive down for some ice cream! We’ve never been to RI anyway, so it’s a good excuse.

Great portion, yummy!

Me and my husband went for Sundays today. I got a regular sundae with cookie dough, ice cream, and caramel with whipped cream and a cherry. My cup was half empty, and the caramel was very very burnt and my husband got a banana split the bananas were overripe and the toppings that were on it were a mess. There was these little hard candies inside of it that he didn’t ask for nor have I ever seen them inside of a Sunday our first time going I will not come back again again.

Five stars all day. This place is always great. We go weekly and have never had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and quick. The ice cream is great, the pup cup too! And the prices are reasonable, cheap compared to other shops around. This has been the best ice cream spot all summer.

Honestly wouldn’t know if the icecream was good or not. Went to bring my sons out for soft serve this evening and they did not have it available due to the machine being cleaned. Since closing time is 10, you wouldn’t think they’d be cleaning the Machines at 8 PM. As for the customer service it wasn’t very good. The gentleman that spoke to me said he has two other flavors raspberry or coffee and that that’s. You would think if they had to pick a machine to clean at 8 PM it would be the raspberry and coffee machine that probably nobody wants. I won’t be back.

Customer service is a thing. I ordered 2 I scoop cups of ice cream and one was the size of a pup cup and the other was the normal size cup which I have ordered multiple times. However your staff refused to acknowledge that they were 2 different sizes...as if I am blind. She gave a plethora of excuses, i.e., ran out of cups, that's because one has jimmies (didn't quite grasp that). I would think a replacement was warranted but that did not happen. Don't insult a customer's intelligence please. It's the point that the two cost the same but we're not the same.
