Can't get orders right. Wife went yesterday for the kids. 2 chicken nugget happy meals. One had 5 the other had 7 and a half. Didn't get all the sauces, messed up on drinks and fries were cold. I guess that's the age of hiring pot heads.

Sorry McDs, it's Lunchtime AND you don't have Fresh Cooked French Fries on the ready, slow service and they asked us to go Park and they will bring our our Drive Thru Order....sorry McDs, but if I owned this place or ANY McDs I'd be putting ALL efforts on Service, Service and Service....but NO, McDs is just resting their business on the McDs of years or even decades ago.....there is a ton more options, and my family and I take the other options way before we eat again at ANY McDs. Facts and Truth!

Listen up mcdonalds ..... I frequent your location on newlondon turnpike, Coventry Rhode island very often but after my delivery order Tonite I am very much considering not to go to this location anymore and further more I'll contact the regional manager of that location . I ordered doordash at 11:15 pm or so .still open still accepting orders . The problem is the fries were way over cooked to the point where I couldn't chew them because I thought I was gonna break a few teeth .my teeth aren't the best .we had gotten 3 fries 2 large and a happy meal size .my kids fries were even hard . I had ordered for when I got home from work I would enjoy a nice unhealthy meal . Still the point is that they cooked the fries, then by the looks of them fries ,had them sit under the heat lamp for about 3 hours . I don't know last time I worked at McDonald's was in 2018 maybe that became something that your allowed to do now .last time I checked there is a time limit on how long fries can sit in the basket or under the light for . So it being 11:15 I'm sure they probably put down a basket of fries over cooked them then still sent them to the customer to finish the order . For the employees make sure to pull the fries when they beep and go off and dispose of them within the policy time frame For the leaders and managers ....get off your butt and check what your employees are doing instead of out in your car , or on your 50th smoke break of the day , or even in the back on your phone . McDonald's is a family restaurant and our family would like edible fries .
Went in today thru the drive thru and ordered double cheese burger with only mayo and lettuce and fries. I got home and opened my food. What I got was a saugy bun with ketchup scraped off and a piece of shredded lettuce and pickles with double cheese. It appeared to have been sitting awhile and was given to me. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I immediately called McDonald's and voiced my displeasure to the manager. I told him whoever prepared the order either didn't care enough or can't read and probably should be fired. All he said was I am sorry if u want to come back,like everyone can hop back on rain slick road and go back. Would not recommend this place. Picture and receipt.

Late night workers here are so rude, non responsive, and takes so long to make some damn fries. I am sure there’s usually precooked so I don’t understand why it took 10 minutes to get some fries?? The guy and girl there tonight for the drive thru need some serious customer service training

I said ok,they are good and I will eat there again. But the past few times we got home and had burgers with just about nothing on them! No onions. No mustard. A small blat of ketchup. Who is cooking there and who on earth trained them? Are they hateful to others or just careless? The most inept person can do the simple thing of caring enough about making food. It is their job. What is the manager doing? Is he the cook? I am in full agreement with the person who said prison food. But the pic they put here is just about what we got today and two days ago. No more!
