I love this playa bowls (and all of them) so much! Specifically this one because the people who are making the smoothies and bowls and such are sooo sweet. They often remember that I love to add coco whip even! They are so kind to me and I appreciate it!!! So much!

Poor service, I ordered 3 açaí bowl online through the app one hour before the store closed, my order was delayed and when they finally got someone to deliver it the uber got there and the place is closed. They don’t have any option to cancel the order and they keep sending Ubers there over and over again.

I love this place. I found it in New Hampshire about 4-5 years ago and I actively seek them out. No one hits an açaí bowl like these fellows - unmatched anywhere else, that’s for sure. This location is my home location and I order from here quite often. Never been disappointed!

I’m a huge Playa Bowls fan!! But, my experience this week will leave my not returning to the RI locations. The store winter hours are now open until 7, but when we arrived at 6:45, all lights were on, but door was locked. The girl behind the counter looked at us, shook her head, then ran to the back to turn the lights on. When she came back, she just stood behind the counter laughing at us. The staff at this location is never usually outgoing, but this was disappointing. I have timestamped images of the entire event, I was in disbelief. I understand wanting to leave early on a holiday week, but to look at us and have that reaction is unacceptable, especially being a franchised brand.

This is a complaint to where I went to this location and yes it was close to closing time but I dont think its right how they lock the doors before closing time. This is ridiculous and I hope the workers get reprimanded. This is a terrible way to treat customers all because you want to do less work. I hope their boss is reading this because im fuming. They also acted like i wasnt there at the door. I have full description of boss workers
