I enjoyed a delicious strawberry banana protein smoothie this afternoon (so many delicious options to choose from!). The cozy nook in the back of the restaurant is a little hidden gem that offers comfy places to sit and relax and words of kind reflection on the walls. Jenika and Megan were super friendly and very welcoming! This was my first visit to Raise the Bar, but it won't be my last! :)

This gem of a spot has earned its place in my routine for many reasons, but it’s their amazing selection of teas, protein shakes, and top-tier customer service that really set them apart. Raise the Bar’s Mega Teas are honestly some of the best I’ve had. Always refreshing, always packed with flavor, and the perfect pick-me-up to get you through the day. Whether you’re looking for something energizing or just a little treat, they have you covered. I’ve tried a variety, but I can confidently say you’ll never go wrong with whatever you pick. When it comes to their protein shakes, they’re truly to die for. You won’t find these shakes anywhere else—they’re rich, satisfying, and surprisingly light, which makes them the perfect post-workout snack or even a meal replacement when you're on the go. My absolute favorites are the Peanut Butter Cheesecake, Fluffenutter, and Ice Cream Cookie shakes. Each one is a flavor experience—decadent and indulgent without the guilt. The Peanut Butter Cheesecake Shake is smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of peanut butter flavor to hit that sweet spot. The Fluffenutter is a nostalgic throwback to your childhood, combining marshmallow and peanut butter flavors in the most mouthwatering way. The Ice Cream Cookie shake? It's like having dessert in a cup, but way healthier. Perfectly balanced with a delightful sweetness that doesn’t feel overwhelming. One of the best parts of Raise the Bar Nutrition is the amazing staff. Bethany, Megan, and Jennicka are the heart and soul of the place. They’re the kind of people who greet you with a smile, make sure you’re having a great experience, and really make you feel like a part of the family. Their genuine kindness and enthusiasm for what they do is contagious, and it’s clear that they take pride in providing excellent service. They always make great recommendations if you're indecisive (like I tend to be when there's so much goodness to choose from!), and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Every time I go, I feel like I’m treated like a VIP! The atmosphere at Raise the Bar is another reason why I keep coming back. The place is always spotless, meticulously clean, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stick around and relax. It’s a comfortable, cozy spot where you can sip your tea or shake while catching up on work, chatting with friends, or simply enjoying the moment. They’re also constantly coming up with new options to try, which is exciting! There’s always something fresh to look forward to, whether it’s a seasonal drink or a new shake flavor that’s just been added to the menu. Raise the Bar Nutrition in East Greenwich is hands down one of the best places in the area to treat yourself to something delicious, healthy, and energizing. From the refreshing mega teas to the decadent protein shakes (which are impossible to resist), you’re in for a treat every time you walk through the door. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!

literally a pyramid scheme

Ordered a protein coffee and it was gone in three sips. Way to much ice. I get more out of a Dunkin iced hands down.Also , ordered a power bowl to go . Is it necessary to fill that container so much that when you open it, it literally spills out all over the place? I mean , it spilled on my pants, it spilled down on my sneakers... If I hadn't remembered to grab napkins I'd be a complete mess! So much liquid with an okay amount of topping . And I had ordered this about 10 min prior to this review.This is not the first time it's gotten all over me ordering these. Please stop filling it to the point of exploding everywhere when you open the ( all ready hard enough to open ) to-go containers. The last thing I want and I'm sure others, is to be all sticky and have the product on your clothes.

This shop is a front for Herbalife, a predatory pyramid scheme with no scientific backing for their health claims. Avoid avoid avoid.

Team here is great! Always greets you as you walk in and are very efficient!

Great selection of shakes and teas. Go there 2-3 times a week to get my breakfast shake, or post workout shake. All the employees are very friendly and the owner Bethany is great. Highly recommend it.
