First timers- 4 of us. We all enjoyed our meals even though we only ordered sandwiches and clams- grilled chicken cutlet, chicken parm , and hamburger came with a side of several choices. Fries were hot and crispy, salads were fresh.
Our first visit here was a pleasant one, and we are certain to return in the future. We were seated upon arrival. Booths were available, however, we were seated at a high top, which was fine. My first course was the French onion soup, which was outstanding. We ordered scallop risotto and filet mignon as our main courses. Both meals were excellent. Additionally, we enjoyed the raspberry lemon cheesecake and the chocolate reeses peanut butter pie to go. The entire staff from servers to the hostess were so pleasant and very attentive. I would like to express my gratitude to our server who was exceptional. One disadvantage is that it is located on the second floor inside a plaza, which may make it difficult for some people to dine there. Even so, I would not give Ritrovo a rating less than five stars.

I'm experiencing a decline in the restaurant business in general with way higher prices. I ordered meatballs. Horrible! Too homogenized. No texture. Disappointed. No warning that hotter sauce on cavatelli was filled with onions and chunk tomatoes... I will rethink my destination next time.

Great restaurant bar with excellent attentive service and really tasty food. Portions were generous and more than reasonable for a dinner with a little extra to take home. Good lighting, good atmosphere, good sound for carrying on convos. Excellent choices for adults, and all of the kids were happy with their orders. Honestly, no complaints.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had about 8 choices. All starch or protein based, not much for veggie option
Wheelchair accessibility: There were stairs. I did not check for an elevator. Main entrance is up one level from parking

Website says it opened at noon on Sunday. A phone call verified the same.took an hour to get there and they don't open until 3. spoke to someone and was told to read print at the bottom.hours were for after labor day. wasted the day

The hostesses seemed more concerned about their gossip than anything else, not understanding how to serve guests, and have decided that whipping around the restaurant seating people as a whatever task is the way to go to get back to the gossip session behind the hostess podium. Location is a bit odd on the second floor of a plaza. Server was quite nice; however the menu I had to view was quite shocking. Take a look at the attached pictures. Come on… Throw the old menus out. My wife ordered soup and confirmed that it was good, and the bread that is complementary was good as well. My meal was the steak dinner. Steak was tasty and cooked the way it should have been, but the cheap sides of tater tots and onion rings were overbearing, and the steak was small. Gnocchi was served as well, but was not flavorful with the sauce they provided, more like pasta dough balls with tomato. I won’t be returning anytime soon. In reality with some more training of workers, focus on some updated restaurant property and slight reworking of dishes this would be a decent restaurant.
We stopped and ate here when in Rhode Island. What a great place! The food was awesome and cooked to perfection. The waitress was friendly and attentive too. I had the scrod fish. I had never heard of it so I wanted to try it. I was not disappointed at all.
