I don’t know why every time I get an ice latte from here it tastes like straight water with a slight taste of burnt espresso. Waste of money and gross.

We ordered through the drive through on a Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. We ordered 3
drinks and one bakery item. Two drinks we ordered were fairly simple, a grande hot black coffee with skim milk and a grande hot caramel macchiato. The only slightly sophisticated drink that was ordered was a part of the fall menu, a venti iced pumpkin cream chai, with only the modification of adding brown sugar syrup. The bakery item was a pumpkin cream cheese muffin. We didn’t reach the front of the line and wait at the order window until around 8:50 AM. We then waited an additional 15 minutes at the window waiting for our drinks and muffin. When we finally received our order, we made the comment that the wait was extremely long, and the barista at the window replied, “Well, it’s busy”, I understand it was a Saturday morning and Starbucks is a popular franchise, but the wait seemed unreasonably long and the response to our complaint was said in an agitated tone. We waited 35 minutes to received our order, and by the time we were leaving, there was about ten cars in line for the drive through. Additionally, when we grabbed the hot black coffee out of the cup holder when we arrived home, the lid wasn’t even securely attached. I’ve never had an irritating at any Starbucks previously, I usually go to the Starbucks on Ten Rod Road, and their service is amazing and fast. I would call myself a very patient person when it comes to customer service workers, and this is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review for any sort of business.

I placed an order through the app for pickup. When I went to pick it up with my mother, we entered the drive through and informed the employee that we had placed an online order and were here to pick it up. After my mother gave the employee her name, she was met with attitude as the employee rudely explained that she had placed the order for in-store pickup instead of drive through pickup, and to make sure she press the drive through button next time instead. The request was valid, but the delivery was snide. We brushed it off, and waited in line to pick up the drinks and food. When we arrived at the pickup window, the employee glared at us as they left to grab our order without communicating a single word for the entire interaction. When we obtained our items, the lids were improperly attached, the drinks were messy with residue along the cup, and I was given the wrong drink all together. Overall, the consistent lack of good customer service paired with the fact that I rarely receive quality assistance and products from this location alone is severely disappointing.

Stopped on our way and on a time crunch. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for a latte! Don’t come here if you’re in a rush to get anywhere!

Just picked up my order that I placed online. I did place it pretty shortly before I went to pick up my order in the drive-through (4-5mins). I waited 15 minutes in line because there were two cars in front of me, which was fine. By the time I got to the window, the barista was irritated and rude, and said that I needed to give them at least five minutes to make my single coffee when I place my order online. She said it was going to be at least another few minutes because I placed my order one minute before pulling up to the speaker, which was not the case. I did give at least a few minutes before coming to pick up my order, and I checked my location tracking app and I was in fact in the drive-through for 15 minutes, which was somehow not enough time to make my coffee and reason enough to be rude. All I said in response was OK And when she handed me my coffee, she rudely said ‘here ya go’ and immediately closed the window. I work in hospitality and customer service and was just overall displeased with the interaction and it has put me off from coming back to this location.

Pay better so everyone doesn’t ask for a tip every time. Also, ordered a Medicine Ball Tea and they put chamomile in it. Said they changed the recipe. Then it’s not the same tea. Didn’t offer to exchange

It’s like there’s some vigilante manager training all new employees that coffee sleeves are the devil. It’s the only Starbucks that is consistently like pulling teeth to have a coffee sleeve added to hot beverages.

I went to Starbucks to get a venti refresher. I asked for light ice and got an abnormal amount of ice and i could barely get the boba at the bottom of my drink because there was so much ice and I specifically asked for less ice. Another thing is it took forever in the drive through when I could clearly see that there barely anyone inside. I am very upset and this is outrageous. The photo is some of the ice even after I ate some and it is a very large amount

Always a 20 min wait, and half the time ordering on the app is closed. Whoever manages this location really needs to hire more people because they are clearly understaffed and it’s impossible to get their attention when something is needed.

I am only giving a shout out to the young man named RYAN that was working the drive-through this morning May 22, 2025 at 6:30. He was the best thing that has happened to that Starbucks in a long time. He was professional welcoming, friendly, and handsome. Keep him at the window! Everyone else that has been there lately since they have been having staffing issues has sucked! They have been rude unprofessional, and just a huge disappointment! So I think the young man that was at the drive-through this morning for being such a delight and polite. Keep up the good work.
