I have purchased 2 drinks and one hour breakfast item over a two hour period while sitting in the cafe. I asked for a glass of water and was grilled as to if I was in the cafe, what I had bought, etc. Was really awkward. It's a glass of water, for God's sake. And although three glasses of water came out for other guests in large, I got mine in a small. Just a bummer of an interaction.
I was in the drive through of the store on Division Ave (next to movie theaters). The person taking my order kept calling me “hon” and continued when I got to the window. I politely told her (dark hair, heavyset) that I didn’t like being called “hon”. No need for her to apologize but her spitefulness was loud and clear when every other word out of her mouth was “hon”. I left a tip and hope all tips are divided amongst the barristers because she didn’t deserve 11 penney. Because if this experience I will never again stop at this store.

I would like to leave a review regarding a staff member, Anne. Unfortunately, she was very rude, had an attitude, and slammed everything while assisting me. Everyone else was really nice, but I’m not used to walking into a Starbucks and being treated so poorly. She didn’t even make eye contact with me. I hope this can be addressed, as it was a disappointing experience.

Randomly not open even though they should be?
What a horrendous experience each time. The drive through line is CRIMINAL every time I have driven by or gone. I will not longer be back. Waiting 25 minutes for 2 small drinks when there is NOBODY inside besides those sitting down existing already. Is beyond me. If I wanted to spend 25 minutes for two small drinks. I will drive home and make them myself. No I will not email you to "hear more about my experience" that your management clearly does nothing about.

Drive through line took 45 minutes on a quiet Saturday morning. The staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about keeping the line moving and were actually quite rude. This is a terrible location

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Took almost 45 minutes to get two small drinks. Orders that came in after we ordered came out. Had to go ask how much longer and the staff member said “oh I see it on the iPad I will push this out”. Then proceeded to act like everything was fine. Offered no solutions and told everyone they are backed up and had to wait. Management should really get a hold of their staff members and hold them responsible.

This is my go to Starbucks since it’s the closest one from my place. Most of the time, they get the drinks correctly, and the baristas are pleasant. However, occasionally, they get the drinks incorrectly (missing ingredients or taste very off than usual).
Also, recently, I had a barista handing me over a wrong drink through the drive thru. I didn’t get to check all my drinks until I was stopping at the traffic light because I didn’t want to clog their drive thru that were already clogged. I realized that one of my drinks was wrong, and I had to drive back to the store. As I walked into the store counter, they recognized that I was the one with wrong drink because they were remaking the drink. Then proceeded to treat me as if this was my fault. No apologies and handed me my coffee, which now had most of ice melt. It was absolutely unpleasant when they treated this as my fault because I had to control over it as these drinks were handed over to me at the drive thru counter, not like I was being an ignorant and picked the drinks from the counter without checking. Don’t blame the customer when it was one of the baristas’ mistake. And no apologies? Sure, let’s say it was also partially my fault because I did not take my time to check every single drinks while blocking the drive thru line. Don’t be rude to your customer because you don’t want to admit your mistake.

I love Starbucks better than Dunkin’ Donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts sucks. I think Starbucks is more better and I’m eating Starbucks right now. The sandwiches are so good and I’m getting a pink drink. Thank you for reading my review.

Absolutely awful customer service went through the drive thru and they made me repeat my order 3 times each coffee then when I got to the window they handed me a coffee that was completely wrong. I may have let out a curse word because of the frustration of them getting it wrong again just to be told they would refund my money and I was denied service...but they STILL KEPT MY TIP!!!! took the company over 10 days to call me back and it was the wrong district manager!!!! Someone being frustrated because your employees caused it should never be handled like this...poor management, poor customer service and the employees are more concerned with everything but the customers that tip them...if I owned this store I would be ashamed of the management and all employees of this store...make good coffee make good tips isn't that your goal?? Epic FAIL

To start, I ordered a machiato. However, upon receiving my drink, I noticed that it did not look or taste like a machiato at all. After taking a closer look, I realized that the barista had made me a latte instead. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed that the barista did not know how to make a basic drink like a machiato.
Furthermore, the latte I received had burnt milk, which gave my drink a bitter and unpleasant taste. However, I do hope that Starbucks takes steps to ensure that their baristas are properly trained in making all of their drinks. 🙄

I love Starbucks. NOT THIS ONE.. At this location they are rude, miserable , and more cocerned about where patrons stand than fixing the screwed up Iced Shaken Espresso , that I had to come into the store to get fixed ...twice and it was like milk. Felt like I was in a mindless mean girls do Java movie. Rude. NOT going back again. Yucko!.
