It’s like there’s some vigilante manager training all new employees that coffee sleeves are the devil. It’s the only Starbucks that is consistently like pulling teeth to have a coffee sleeve added to hot beverages.

I went to Starbucks to get a venti refresher. I asked for light ice and got an abnormal amount of ice and i could barely get the boba at the bottom of my drink because there was so much ice and I specifically asked for less ice. Another thing is it took forever in the drive through when I could clearly see that there barely anyone inside. I am very upset and this is outrageous. The photo is some of the ice even after I ate some and it is a very large amount

Always a 20 min wait, and half the time ordering on the app is closed. Whoever manages this location really needs to hire more people because they are clearly understaffed and it’s impossible to get their attention when something is needed.

I am only giving a shout out to the young man named RYAN that was working the drive-through this morning May 22, 2025 at 6:30. He was the best thing that has happened to that Starbucks in a long time. He was professional welcoming, friendly, and handsome. Keep him at the window! Everyone else that has been there lately since they have been having staffing issues has sucked! They have been rude unprofessional, and just a huge disappointment! So I think the young man that was at the drive-through this morning for being such a delight and polite. Keep up the good work.

They've let go a couple good people. They've made some really good coffee now. It's going downhill. I order a shaken espresso with 4 extra shots of espresso meaning. Now I have 8 shot of espresso in ice. I get 90% milk and like a 10% espresso I have 8 shots of espresso in there. That should have been shaken in ice. That should take 75% of the cup. Wild leaves room for 25% of oat milk.

Told me I need to put “drive thru” pickup rather than inside because I came thru drive thru. Which never was a problem before. Then proceeded to give me the wrong food (jalapeño cheddar wrap instead of falafel). Like ok put the fries in the bag

The amount of times I’ve sat and waited 20+ min after ordering through the app because the barista puts the coffee by the drive thru table and not on the mobile app table is ridiculous and then when you stand there trying to get their attention they just look at you like you’re an idiot. Girl with the dark hair and nose ring needs a new career path because making coffees is clearly too much for her simple mind.

They open at 430 during the week...yet doors are locked and NO one's answers the drive thru at 450 .. this happens nore often then you work think. they need better people working there

I have purchased 2 drinks and one hour breakfast item over a two hour period while sitting in the cafe. I asked for a glass of water and was grilled as to if I was in the cafe, what I had bought, etc. Was really awkward. It's a glass of water, for God's sake. And although three glasses of water came out for other guests in large, I got mine in a small. Just a bummer of an interaction.

I was in the drive through of the store on Division Ave (next to movie theaters). The person taking my order kept calling me “hon” and continued when I got to the window. I politely told her (dark hair, heavyset) that I didn’t like being called “hon”. No need for her to apologize but her spitefulness was loud and clear when every other word out of her mouth was “hon”. I left a tip and hope all tips are divided amongst the barristers because she didn’t deserve 11 penney. Because if this experience I will never again stop at this store.
