Have ordered from Twisted many times. We ordered a large pizza, wings and a tossed salad for delivery. It was 15 mins late - not a problem. But the pizza was burnt all across the top, and cold. Wings were also cold. We called to complain immediately and they offered to make a new one or credit us. I have 2 kids who couldn't wait any longer so we opted for the credit. The woman on the phone hung up on me after I said the credit, but still hasn't me anything or reverse the charge on my credit card. Awful. 2 stars because the tossed salad was fine.

Stopped in just by chance when we were walking by. Had some apps and a slice of pizza. Everything was great and staff very attentive and friendly!

Foods good. Limited inside seating. I had a Manhattan with Jim Beam for 16 dollars. Thought that was way over priced.

Current review...not a 8 year ago review: IMO food is great. I haven't had a bad item. Pizza, Calzones, Burgers, Pasta, Wings...I've eaten a lot here lol. I highly recommend. Staff is energetic and helpful.

Been going here for well over a decade. looks like they just added a three percent "convience" fee now if you use a credit card. I get when businesses charge this if you spend under $5 but to charge this on 30-40-50 dollar orders is ridiculous to me. Convience fee for using a credit card? 90 percent of people use credit cards these days. Cash is quickly becoming obsolete.

Food is good but needs more options like a gluten free, dairy, soy free menu's because some of my friends have this problem. So please. I would love to see like a burgers with gluten free buns or chicken wings without adding those harmful ingredients. But for normal people it was delicious.
If you like burnt, bland pizza, you might like it! Otherwise, avoid. Their Wakefield location has always been good. The EG location is not.

I think we all know the pizza is good. This is about Kayla, who made us feel so welcome. We are first time parents with a baby and never really know where we are/are not welcome with a baby, stroller, etc. Or even if we are welcome, what the actual tolerance is for a baby in a space where it's mostly adults. I am thankful to have come on a day with Kayla working. I get the vibe she is great with people, but she was especially sweet with our little one. Thank you for making our limited free time that much nicer and easier to enjoy.

This place over charges for mixed drinks. 15 dollars for an 8 dollar drink everywhere else then when I questioned it they tried to give me 8 dollars off then charged me additional fees. Tried to tell me that 15 dollars for a captain Morgan ans sprite was inflation but a can of Heineken at 8 dollars was ok. Never again will I go to any of their places and will post this everywhere I can.

My first visit to Filippou's pizza, order an eggplant Calzone and my wife said it had very little eggplant and all cheese not very good. I had a pizza it was ok not one that I would rush back for. My biggest problem was the convenience charge because I used a credit card, weak!

I think the pizza is border line - Terrible and they have overall bad service . Plus side is they have outdoor patio. Thick crust, not cooked thoughtfully. Service is meh.
