Halie and Kenzie were amazing! Honestly the best subway visit I've ever had. Great customer service and able to joke and communicate with customers. Been to several subways and this one is by far the complete best. I was debating adding additional toppings and Halie was so kind even offered to reopen my sandwiche to add or put the veggie on the side! She was truly awesome. Worth the drive this will be my go to subway from now on
This is the second time I tried this Subway.
The Service was excellent, the store was spotless. The avacado was green and not spotty but the bread, again was so hard and the top of the bread just broke apart when you take your bite. If you’re going to pay nearly $30 for two sandwiches, they should be fresh.it was a terrible sandwich
Brenda McKenzie and Hailie are all so kind and nice, they take their time making your food the right way you want it! With awesome service! Its truly one of the best subways in Rhode Island to Montana i gotta say, its always a pleasure.

Staff who work there do a pretty good job. The woman whos taller, glasses, she is excellent.
My gripe is, 5pm on saturdays? Doesnt even cover dinner time. Gotta do 7. Im sure its got something to do with no one wanting to work. Theyd rather sit home and make videos online and pray they make money that way.

went to lunch today at this place and it was lousy. I placed a online order to use a coupon. All of a sudden, the receipt printed off while I was in the store and I told the woman that the order was mine, and she proceeded to make the other order of the person that wasn’t even in the store before mine, even though I think mine came out of the printer. first. I promise I will never come back to the store.

I ordered a BLT it was ok happy with my lunch today staff was nice and helpful there hours are 7am 7pm the subway up the road is closed from now on so i have to settle down the road 10 mins away from me.

Passive aggressive staff. I work across the street and needed a quick lunch on a busy day (worked here 2 years, and have never ordered from them before). I looked out my window and saw that the parking lot was empty - I ordered a sandwich online at 3:00pm and walked across the street - got in the restaurant at 3:07. I was ignored for a few minutes even though the restaurant was empty. There was a woman dumping meatballs into the "pit" but no activity besides that. A few minutes later a man comes from the back and asks to take my order. I let him know that I was picking up on online order. He walks back and the meatball woman starts making my sandwich - no other words said. When the meatball woman hands me my sandwich - again without speaking - she's taken the time to circle that my pickup time was "3:20 pm" - its not 3:13pm. I guess I should be sorry that I ordered a sandwich ahead of time?

This location randomly closes their door, at peak lunch time. On Thur, at 12:30, their door was lock and a sign saying “temporarily closed”. While sitting on my phone, looking for another option for lunch, I counted 15 more people who tried to open the locked door. So much missed revenue and pissed customers. Not a great way to run a business.

Honestly this is one of the best subways I've ever been to the employees there are very polite and they know what they are doing It's fast and efficient and you feel really comfortable there it's also extremely clean... I spoke with the owner and she's been doing it for a very long time almost 30 years she took over Subway about 6 or 7 years ago And honestly she's a great womand that's just trying to get by after the pandemic I would really recommend this place
Kid-friendliness: With such a polite staff in a clean place I think it would be a perfect place to take the kids
