I went through the drive thru, I understand that people aren't always going to be pleasant. But the person sounded miserable...like I was interrupting them. I ordered and was charged for lrg, but I received M fries. I was charged extra for onions and cheese on my chilli and there was no cheese nor onions. Won't go there again

Just left the drive through. They up-sell you and don't give you what you pay for. Paid for a large meal, got a medium. Got 2 chillis, they up sold me the cheese and onion to then not bother putting it on. The employees I dealt with sound and act like they're bothered or don't want to be there. I'm all set with this location, not the first time nor second. My fault for trusting a place to give me what I paid for. Smh

Honestly, How hard is it to put a slice of cheese on a sandwich? I ordered a spicy Chicken sandwich with CHEESE and recieved it with no Cheese and i know for a fact you guys charged me for the cheese!!!

Went to this store and the food was on a plastic cart not refrigerated at 11pm when the store closes at 12am....the manager who told me he was servsafe certified said he was told it was ok...talked to the district manager who told me he would talk to him...way to care about the customer at all...I don't care that you talk to your terrible employees how about caring that u could have gotten your customers sick!!!! Awful restaurant and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
