Ordered 4 sandwiches for carry out. 14 mins ticket time because they had no chicken ready and had to put a whole new batch in the fryer. Minimal wait times are understandable sometimes but there was no one else there ordering and drive thru was empty. The person putting the order together commented at least the chicken will be hot. That’s great, but by the time we got home everyone else had almost cold food. Unacceptable to bag half the order up and let it sit for 14 minutes before adding the missing food. I shouldn’t have to complain to the manager, he saw me standing there the whole time. He should have done his part, apologized and attempted to make it right.

Tried to eat here. Door was locked even though sign says open until 10. No cars in drive through window. Cars parked waiting for drive through food. Everyone I could see through the drive thru window was just standing around. If you actually want service and to not be locked out and ignored, pick a different place to eat

Went through the drive thru, lady seemed like she was in a bad mood. Ordered 2 sweet & sour , got one bbq sauce , came back in and they tried to charge 25 cents for a sauce they forgot. Fries were also overcooked and tasted pretty greasy.
-French fries are better than Mc D & Burger K. - Biggy Bag is good value.

I went through the drive thru, I understand that people aren't always going to be pleasant. But the person sounded miserable...like I was interrupting them. I ordered and was charged for lrg, but I received M fries. I was charged extra for onions and cheese on my chilli and there was no cheese nor onions. Won't go there again

Just left the drive through. They up-sell you and don't give you what you pay for. Paid for a large meal, got a medium. Got 2 chillis, they up sold me the cheese and onion to then not bother putting it on. The employees I dealt with sound and act like they're bothered or don't want to be there. I'm all set with this location, not the first time nor second. My fault for trusting a place to give me what I paid for. Smh
