This DD may be the slowest ever. I go every morning and wait forever everyday. The staff is very friendly and nice but they need either more employees to help or gain a sense of urgency. Everything about this DD is great except the very long wait times every morning

This doesn’t deserve any stars, absolutely the worst service ever, I never been to a Dunkin that doesn’t care like this one!!! Not sure if this girl is the manager ( the big girl) or she tries to act like one, her attitude is unacceptable!!! I go in there she’s either sitting , or complaining… and yesterday I put my order in she doesn’t finish it, right back to writing or whatever she was doing, I stood there for 5 minutes before I had to say something, she constantly does this, if she doesn’t like it there find another place to work that might put up with you!!! Another day I was there while I’m waiting for my order this other girl on phone texting!!! I can’t believe this store is even open!!! I keep saying I will never go here again, after yesterday and listening from the back talk from the 2 there, I’m done!!! America runs on Dunkin?? Not this one, close it and put something else there, this place is an embarrassment to Dunkin!!

If this is one on Route 3, HAZARDOUS POT HOLES when exiting drive through. Waiting for a tire to blow or accident to happen. Now two deep pot holes 🕳 to manage when you exit.

It is no wonder this place always looks closed when I go by. The few times I have gone my coffee has been horrible. Just got the shaken brown sugar espresso and it's not even drinkable due to the amount of flavor they put in it. I have gotten the same drink at multiple other locations and it's been on point every single time except for this place.
This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’s. Yet against my better judgment I continue to there. You can’t go there in a rush. Mobile ordering means nothing to them. I can do it thirty minutes before leaving my house and my order still isn’t ready when I get there. On top of that, you never get the correct order. I drive the opposite direction to work to go to a different dunkin and I will make to work earlier than if I went to this location.
