I absolutely love going to this Dunkin'! The coffee is always fresh, and their variety of drinks keeps makes me wanna go daily. Whether I’m grabbing my usual iced coffee or trying out a seasonal special, it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the drive-thru is super quick, which I really appreciate on busy mornings, on my way to class. Plus, their donuts are always fresh and yummy which never hurts!

My food was made on top of nothing but filth, the lady pushes the trash down with her hand, and then individually pick up each hashbrowns to put them in the bag. I called her out on touching the trash and then my food with the same gloves and she gives me a look like I’m a dumb ass and then claims that she did not.. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in south county. they have disgusting habits here that is repetitive no matter who is working. I could go on about all my experiences, but this was todays.
Asked for small reg with expresso shot but couldn't get that bc expresso machine was being cleaned bc they were closing soon, 7pm...it was only 6.15. So order sm n med hot coffees. Tastes like hot water that ran thru a empty coffee machine...not worth the 5.38 n tip we were charged.

I had made a mobile order in a rush hoping that it would be made by the time. I had ordered it 5 minutes before arriving and sat in the dunkin for over 10 minutes before even being handed anything. Once I was given my order it was made completely wrong. I do not recommend this dunkin.

I tend to avoid this DD and go to the one a little further away from home unless I am pressed for time. Too often, they get the order wrong. Numerous times, I have asked for a sausage only sandwich and driven away to find egg and cheese on it. Or coffee ordered with cream and sugar, and they forget the sugar. As to staff, it is hit or miss. Some are truly pleasant and courteous, but there have been more than a few rude and snarky ones, that seem annoyed to be asked to prep an order.
