This DD may be the slowest ever. I go every morning and wait forever everyday. The staff is very friendly and nice but they need either more employees to help or gain a sense of urgency. Everything about this DD is great except the very long wait times every morning

I absolutely love going to this Dunkin'! The coffee is always fresh, and their variety of drinks keeps makes me wanna go daily. Whether I’m grabbing my usual iced coffee or trying out a seasonal special, it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the drive-thru is super quick, which I really appreciate on busy mornings, on my way to class. Plus, their donuts are always fresh and yummy which never hurts!

I tend to avoid this DD and go to the one a little further away from home unless I am pressed for time. Too often, they get the order wrong. Numerous times, I have asked for a sausage only sandwich and driven away to find egg and cheese on it. Or coffee ordered with cream and sugar, and they forget the sugar.
As to staff, it is hit or miss. Some are truly pleasant and courteous, but there have been more than a few rude and snarky ones, that seem annoyed to be asked...
