The hours of operation are stated as opening at 5 am, they never open at 5am! I go there almost every day.This morning at 5:30am they still were not open, if you're not opening until 5:30am or 6 am CHANGE your hours. I suggest going to Dunkin Donuts at either North Kingstown in front of Home Depot or the the one on 138 if you want to be able to get service in the morning!

Who is in charge of this place? The ignorance and total disregard to customers is insane to me. They pick and choose who they would like to be polite to and acknowledge. Now not all of them are this way. The manager should be ashamed of his performance and the performance of his team. Especially because he is the worst one. Inside conversations being more important then even looking at you when handing over your coffee. This morning I went in and was waiting patiently in line. Woman was getting her order. Manager came over and started helping by making her coffee. A man walks in behind me and instead of manager asking what I would like he acts like im not even there and asks the man next to me about his coffee and starts making that. I can handle the rude Its 2 secs of my morning but that was too much! Yes I had an outburst and walked out. And they stood there like they had no clue why. Wake up! Your customer service is awful! Email to corporate will be sent.

This place is disgusting!!! I went inside to use the restroom and just pure filth everywhere throughout the entire place. The bathroom had feces all over the toilet seat. It looked like wet toilet paper was used to wipe the feces and laid on top the trashcan. I wouldn't eat here. So gross

Order a large iced coffee here you get less than 4 ounces of actual coffee but filled to the lid with ice which we can all make at home they do not use the scoop as directed they just plunge the cup in the ice .leading to not so clean ice ...or you could ask for light ice where you get 3 to 4 cubes and luke warm ice coffee kinda crap either way ya look at it but the price is the same regardless ...

4 staff members working when I arrived to order my coffee as a courtesy I let them know the outside garbage can was overflowing. They all blamed it on the night shift for not emptying it. So I sat for 45 minutes sipping my coffee and no employees made an effort to empty the trash. Even during the slow time in the drive thru. Gross and lazy employees.

I stopped by this location on 8-4-25, I went to the drive through I ordered 2 donuts, a chocolate frosted and a maple donut. Why do MOST locations always put the donuts in the bag upside down so the frosting sticks to the bag? I got all the way home in Charlestown only to discover a long brown hair on my donut, the young man at the window had brown hair and was not wearing a hair net or hat.....in the great words of CLEVELAND from family guy.... that's nasty! 🤮

I was there July 27th around 5:15pm and the woman in the drive thru was phenomenal!!! She sensed me getting overwhelmed with ordering while dealing with young children and she went above and beyond to accommodate me and my children. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like a burden.

My first time at this Duncan location, although I frequent about a half dozen other Dunkin' locations in the area a couple of times a week. Service was very slow. I waited behind one person for almost 15 minutes. My coffee was strangely weak and the muffin I ordered completely stale. Just wanted to let people know they might want to avoid this particular location.

the service here is abysmal at best. depending on when you go depends on if the A team is there or not but usually it’s just depressed people who don’t care if your order is correct even if you ordered ahead. i don’t think i’ve ever seen one of them smile. life can’t be that bad, right?

Dealt with an extremely rude employee today. A taller girl with blonde hair, ponytail, thin build. I politely asked how to correctly request my order and while explaining what happens, she began giving me an attitude, casting dirty looks, and then slammed the window shut in my face, completely irate. I assumed I was just ordering incorrectly and wanted to clarify so that I can order in a manner that gets my request done correctly. There was no phone number for the owner or managers name posted.
