So love this location but honestly y does it take over 5mins for a coffee an a muffin...thats said I get they r busy but y a skeleton crew all the time....also please update your lists in store as far as flavors an whatnot in the front.....lastly if you offer Chai please do not make it with just milk an pump flavor the Chai I got today was just syrup an milk has to be the worst Chai I have ever had....I have gotten before this was by far the worst other 2 good but if you don't have the Chai flavor just say so using the syrup has ruined it. So I think I'll be driving out further to get my Chai I also got the vibe like I was annoying the cashier because I asked for a flavor that was available on the chart then when she listed the flavors half of those where crossed off an I pointed it out an it was like I was a tool or something just need to customer relations training honestly.

My medium hot lattes are consistently a bummer bc they sell me a medium cup with a small sized amount of beverage in them. In the past, I've asked for no foam, and to please fill it to the top. alas I still feel unheard. At least everything tastes good there? Still, the heck!

Food is good if you ever manage to place an order. They no longer take phone orders, and they're online ordering system must get shut off by the time the second customer of the day walks through the door. I've tried almost every morning for the last 3 weeks and was able to place an order once. Even if you do order in advance, they keep the everything behind the register so you have to wait in line anyway. It's just easier to go and more efficient to go anywhere else.
Super convenient spot to stop on RT 2 whether you're heading the backroads to the beach in summer or out to the trails in the fall. I love their Thanksgiving Sandwich and sweets, but this visit was for the RI Food Fight's coffee celebration and I got to sample their flavored roasts which did not dissapopint!

I've driven last this place for years and finally had the time to stop in. I'm sad that I've gone years not coming here! The service was very good. The girls working the counter were kind and patient with me (I'm indecisive in new places). The menu has options for days! Not too much but enough to make you want to go down the list and try everything!
If you're headed to URI or the beach you have to pass Sophie's; pull into the lot and get your coffee fix and something yummy to eat!

We love Sophie's. I go whenever I have a day off. The staff is lovely but because it is so popular sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but it isn't anyone's fault. They employees work hard and try to get to know all of their customers. Love the the seasonal menu and that they try new events like Monday Night Trivia.

I have never had bad food or coffee here. In fact this is one of the few places I can come knowing my coffee will be made right. Even the younger workers are very pleasant, something you can't find at a Dunkin or Starbucks (I work there!)
