Please avoid this cafe is you can, I was standing there for 6 minutes waiting to be served. They will only serve upcoming customers and I was ignored. I went to the Smithfield location and the experience was the same. Do not recommend and I will no longer be a paying customer.

Also bagel Express is much better and it's right down the road.Wow I tried to make an order for a bagel to go I was literally just in the next parking lot and they said sorry we don't make orders to go over the phone. Are you really that scared of losing on a bagel one bagel and cream cheese give me a break and provide decent customer service.

Had a lox sandwich as my reward for suffering through a license renewal next door. Delicious! Honestly one of the best I have had, with capers and tomato, and served open face which makes it easier to eat. Not too much or too little cream cheese. Friendly service.

Came in here with my boyfriend and 2 year old daughter (I am a pregnant woman clearly visibly pregnant at that) and when you first walk in there is people standing all over the place no sense of direction whatsoever, no sign indicating where to order or anything and this was our first time going in there. We stood behind someone who looked like they might be in line only to find out after 2 more people come in and get into a line off the right of me and one asked me if I was waiting in line I said yes, and the other one said oh you’re waiting I said yes and got into the line. There was nobody at the front of the desk ordering so I moved up to order and said “hi” nicely to a blonde middle aged woman with her hair in a ponytail , she looked right in my face with an extremely annoyed look and didn’t say a WORD to me and proceeded to do whatever she was doing and WALK away. Okay? Now I was uncomfortable and disturbed by the service already. Then, a younger girl says “I can help who’s Next” and a man who knows we were ahead of him scurries up in front of the glass pastry case to place his order and I said “I’m actually next” and instead of correcting the man and having him wait his turn; she tells me “I’m so sorry” very awkwardly and continues to do his order rather than take ours after we were standing there for 10 minutes waiting to have our order taken. At that point I told my boyfriend let’s just leave, not once while we were in there did a worker say a single word to us other than “I’m so sorry” from the one girl who allowed another person to literally cut us in line while my boyfriend and I are standing there with our 2 year old clear as day at the register waiting for someone to speak to us and take our order. Not a single smile from any of the people who work there. Just looking miserable like they hate their jobs and the customers are a bother for even being there. Will never ever even ATTEMPT to go back after how disgusting and rude that customer service was, there’s way too many other cafes around to be spending money at a place like THIS & I’ll be sure to warn all my friends and family not to ever spend a dime here

This is an okay spot for coffee and food but there are better options in the area in my opinion. The bagels/sandwiches are pretty good and always fresh but the coffee is lacking. I have only ever had the iced coffee, but no matter when I have gotten it, it has been terribly weak and watered down. So if you like stronger coffee, this is not your place.

The service could not be slower or more disorganized. I asked them to remake my croissant sandwich because it was burned, I should have checked because the second one they gave me was even blacker.

Been going to Such A Bagel for years, they have a good selection and I've taken out of state friends and family here many times. Half the time I get great customer service, half the time I get Crystal (?). I work in customer service and I know what it means to go above and beyond, and give the bare minimum. She consistently gives less than the bare minimum. From walking in, she is very uninviting. Not welcoming at all. Asks what I want, and when I start to give her my order she turns her back to me and starts to grab what I ask for. I will not speak to you when your back is turned to me, you can wait until I've given my order and then start on it. All of this with a blank stare almost like I'm upsetting her by just being there. Then I get my order and she picked out the absolute smallest bagel in the bunch and uses barely any cream cheese. $3.50 for a bagel smaller than my palm. This wasn't just one time, this is *Everytime* Crystal takes my order. She slams the card reader on the table and walks away while I'm putting in my card and then that's it. Doesn't say thank you, doesn't say enjoy. Extraordinarily bad customer service & food service in general. I like such a bagel and I will continue to go and bring my family/friends, but I refuse to have that unhappy woman serve me food.

It’s cute inside with a bookshelf for take a book leave a book. They do have great bagels. However they were busy the girls seemed aggravated except for one! Smiles go such a long way! The one girl should have been aggravated, and she had a lady that was over the top! Im talking probably should have made her coffee at home because she had the girl dump/change it 3 times because she didn’t like it! Still she served her with a smile!
I’m only giving one star for the food. The eggs tasted like rubber, and charging for bacon when you only get half a piece for a whole bagel is awful. I was trying to support a small business but it wasn’t worth the money. If I wasn’t on the road I probably would have went back. It should have been a red flag when the sandwiches came out in 1 minute. It reminded me of a microwaved McDonald egg McMuffin, except worst. I was really Hoping to live this place for sandwiches but I was let down.
The tea and coffees were excellent! They have lots of options. And a small dessert case! Bagels are great though!
