Upon arriving you always wait a long time for someone to come and begin assisting you with your order. They are always out of food and out of Pita chips and always have an excuse to why they can’t make pita chips. Out of kids bowl, feta cheese, pita of chips, and many other food items. Employees need to be retrained on customer service.

This will be the last time I come here. I ordered steak on my salad bowl, I wouldnt give the steak to my dog, it was inedible and they charged me $3.75 extra for horrible meat. A very big disappointment. Oh and they ran out of brussel sprouts. Every time Ive been there they are out of atleast 1 item. On a good note, the girl who waited on me was super nice and very professional.

i love cava and the food is great, but this locations portions are skimpy. the portion in my bowl was insanely small, it hardly filled half the bowl and it was swimming in sauce. Also, the manager was sort of rude. I was waiting to order and he was training 2 workers on how much to scoop for each item, which was fine i was the only one waiting and i was in no hurry but what bothered me was he looked up at me and then looked back at them and said “she can wait, let’s keep going” instead of acknowledging me directly and saying something like “we’ll be right with you”. I felt dismissed and honestly almost left.. I had to wait an additional 1-2 minutes while he finished up with them and they never acknowledged that i had to wait. Probably won’t be coming back to this location after this.

I love Cava but for some reason this location is ALWAYS out of everything. I honestly don’t know if the staff is just too lazy to restock or they don’t plan well. When you’re paying close to $20 bucks for a salad and you’re out of three of the ingredients, I’m not happy. Do better.

Was not impressed. My friend hyped it up and we drove half an hour to come here and I left eating half my bowl severely disappointed, they were missing avocado and the employees looked sad. Honestly go to Panera next door. Also music was buns
