I wish this ice cream shop had more visibility, as it's in a small plaza behind the A&W. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is fresh and delicious. As much as I love Newport Creamery, I'm always happy to support a small business. This will be my go-to ice cream spot from now on.

The ice cream is great, the building and decor is fantastic, the worker was very polite.
The business marketed a Mother’s Day special to draw customers in and left the poor girl working completely by herself with a line out the door. She had to take the order, cash customers out and make the orders one by one. It took forever to get through the line, which isn’t my concern. There’s no reason to leave that poor girl drowning in orders. If someone calls out sick or can’t cover their shift, you as the business owner come in and help out. I felt horrible and left the worker nice tip for her hard work.

Ice cream was awesome wish I knew you were there sooner I live 1.5 miles away had no idea drove 10 minutes away to get ice cream and this place is a lot cleaner and better
This is a good spot for ice cream. The girls worked their tails off during a very busy Father's Day rush. The wide selection of flavors and the sundaes were generous portions. Pet & kid friendly too. Only negative I think their AC was off or broken. Hot box in the store, but thankfully they have ample outdoor seating.

Such a cute little ice cream spot! Very delicious ice cream, clean, indoor and outdoor space. They even have coloring books for the kids set out.

The soft serve swirl was not working. The size of the small cone is questionable and had very little taste. The kiddie cup had more ice cream. The small soft serve cup was not filled either. It seemed the employees had no clue what they were doing. They did not give a napkin around the cone, nor offer a spoon or napkin. Very disappointing, as it would of been nice to have a local go to place for enjoyable ice cream! The picture is the small cone I was given after 2 minor licks to prevent dripping. Lincoln Creamery is 100 times better!
