I placed the order and everybody that work there was arguing with each other I was waiting for 30 minutes and didn't get no service after I fully paid for my order I deserve a refund I never received my order with disappointment this is the most unprofessional establishment in the entire Rhode Island you guys should be shut down and ashamed of yourselves

I come here very often, but more often than not my order is messed up. Today I went and got a hot chocolate, and just looking at it you can tell it's not right. I wish I had better feedback for this location but really they're either really good or really not. The workers are nice, but I'm really disappointed that my $3 hot chocolate isn't right, and they didn't even give me the correct donut. I'm sad about how often this happens, because this is the most convenient location for me.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been stuck in. This wasn't a one time thing. The most consistent thing about this location is lomg waits and orders messed up. After last visit, I waited 18 MIN on a weekday, just to get my order and it was wrong!!

Been coming here for some time now. The last two times I ordered my drink without ice as usual, paying $5.00 mind you, and they seem to have gotten it in their heads that they have the right to tell me I’m not allowed to forego ice in my $5.00 drink. I’m the paying customer, and it’s not my problem how much more product you use because I don’t like ice in my drink. It’s the company’s responsibility to manage that while giving people what they want. You don’t get to tell me no when I ask for NO ICE. Both times when I offered very reasonable solutions like ringing it as less ice and simply not putting the ice in, I got a dismissive “we’re not allowed to.”, as if that’s an acceptable answer. If you can’t be competent in the most basic things like properly filling an order, and have delusions that it’s YOUR choice how the customer can have their drink, you can enjoy telling the bean-counters how you sacrificed a customer to save a little product.

You would think, all Dunkin donuts employees would be able to perfect your coffee. Right? Not the case for all Dunkin donuts. I love this Dunkin donuts. My frozen coffee, with Almond milk, double espresso, whipped cream, caramel and cinnamon sugar, was so good I went cock-eyed the first sip. LOVED IT🥹😘😁

This location, like many is hit or miss. I've had some awesome coffees made here, but I've also had plenty of disasters here too🙃 my latest visits recently were ok, overall. The store itself always looks clean and is well stocked, the workers are a mixed bag some are friendly, some not so much. It's a convenient location so I'll take my chances and hope for the best.

The lady at the window likes to keep your change all the time. As if it's expected, very tacky. Use plastic.

My coffee was made right, which is rare, so I'll def be coming back.
This place is very busy, but dine-in service was good. The workers were all busy and the manager this Sunday was on top of everything. Even with some unusual requests from customers they were able to accommodate. I got a sausage/egg/cheese on a croissant and it didn't take too long to get. The place was very clean but I had to take down my chair to sit.
The surface has been terrible when placing orders I get " yeah yeah yeah" I just spent almost $20 today they completely forgot half the order and messed up everything else.
