I love your product but this is the second time I bought the rolls and within 2 days they had mold. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. I still love your product but maybe just have the other stores check dates. I know I did not check the date. But I was disappointed they molded so wuick
I have been using Calise Bakery for my restaurant now for 2 years. While there is the occasional issue from time to time they do care and they do try hard to provide excellent service and they actually care about their customer's satisfaction. Definitely one of the best distributors I have worked with over the years. They have a wide selection of high quality products at very reasonable costs. Would highly recommend.
Calise frankfurter rolls, split rolls, etc. are so fresh and delicious. We use them at Elwood's Dog House in Providence. I have not yet had the pleasure of a visit to their main location in Lincoln, but I plan on it before the week is over.
