Waitress was checking on every table but us, had to ask for the hostess to get her instead. she was definitely not too busy to keep us sitting with no food empty drinks for so long. food is like every other chain restaurant, not bad

food was pretty good however a group of workers on their break 2 girls 1 boy started laughing when this poor man stood up and walked by them. as soon as he left they started pointing and laughing!!! very irresponsible and inappropriate behavior, not acceptable.

To be honest, I was having a pretty bad day. Spent the day running errands and driving my son to appointments while recovering from a weekend flu. I was exhausted and miserable. Since contractors were rebuilding my kitchen (another story), my wife thought it might be nice to go to dinner. Sure, why not?

We chose Chili's. My wife and son loved their meals. I had an unfortunate occurrence - my food wasn't prepared properly, and I was put off my appetite. Honestly, I know things happen, but I had seen this particular error only in 1940s Looney Tunes cartoons.

When I pointed it out, my server was very apologetic and swept the offending dish away. In about 30 seconds the manager on duty came over to apologize. He took ownership of the situation and offered to personally cook me a new meal as he previously worked as a cook. I thanked him but assured him it was OK.

I know that what I described is SOP for any eatery, but after the day I had, I really appreciated the gesture. He was sincere. That saved the dining experience. My only regret is I didn't ask his name, so I could properly praise him in this post.

We were seated right away, but it took at least 10 minutes for the server to come over to greet us and possibly to get a drink and appetizer order.
We ordered our drinks and appetizer and that took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks.
The appetizer took longer than expected...we ordered our food, nothing that would take longer than expected but again it took longer than we expected.
My food was fine, but I was with my nephew and he ordered Mac n cheese and he said that the pasta was under cooked.
We didn't bring up our concerns for the fear of not getting a speedy response.
We ate, paid the bill and left. Probably won't be returning to this particular Chili's.

I wanted to take this time to acknowledge Xavier. He was very friendly and helpful, as well as attentive to our needs and extremely polite. You don't see that much in young individuals today. It is clear that he enjoys what he does and truly makes you want to return. This establishment should know and recognize what gem they have working for them. Besides Xavier, our food was delicious. We will return!

To start, it’s best to come here if you are really hungry because the portions are big and cheap. The food was okay, I would recommend to get a burger or chicken tenders. The 3 for me is very good bang for your buck so I’d recommend getting that deal. The triple dipper also looks good. I tried the mozzarella sticks and they’re good but if you’re sharing with 2 or even 3 people it’s best to the 3 sticks option because they’re big. The ranch I thought was very watery so I don’t recommend getting that as a dipping sauce for anything. Bathrooms were nice and the everyone was friendly. I didn’t like my boneless chicken wings though, they tasted like a frozen meal I’d get at a supermarket. One more thing to add is it’s confusing where the main entrance is.

the food was good prepared like it should be service was great my glass never really ran dry lol and the place was clean so it was a good time lol

Every time I place a to go order they mess it up. I ordered a triple dipper with chipotle tenders (the whole reason I ordered it) and they gave me mini burgers instead which I don't see how you can mess that up, they clearly don't pay attention or care. Called to speak to a manager she said she'd give me a refund it's been 10 days and still haven't received one. I'm definitely not calling back since it should have been done on the managers part I'll just avoid putting in any future orders.

The burger had no flavor and was overcooked, I dined here because it was something quick after a very long day. Next time I was choose an independent restaurant for better food quality and it will be cooked properly.
