the food was good prepared like it should be service was great my glass never really ran dry lol and the place was clean so it was a good time lol

Every time I place a to go order they mess it up. I ordered a triple dipper with chipotle tenders (the whole reason I ordered it) and they gave me mini burgers instead which I don't see how you can mess that up, they clearly don't pay attention or care. Called to speak to a manager she said she'd give me a refund it's been 10 days and still haven't received one. I'm definitely not calling back since it should have been done on the managers part I'll just avoid putting in any future orders.

The burger had no flavor and was overcooked, I dined here because it was something quick after a very long day. Next time I was choose an independent restaurant for better food quality and it will be cooked properly.

This was my second time at chilis. the mozz sticks didn’t taste the best but i love all other items on the menu. I have sadly gotten food poisioning from this place the past weekend. Love this place but im sadly kinda turned away from restaurant food for a while. Hopefully i will return in the future!

We spent two hours here and the order was misplaced, not really the waitress' fault she was super nice but clearly overwhelmed due to understaffed. She did present the chips and salsa like it was free and it wasn't but I signed up for the rewards to get it waived. I wouldn't come here again until the management can figure themselves out with how to keep enough people on staff.

I had a fantastic experience at Chili’s! The service was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and quick. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly affordable, making it such a great value. The mozzarella sticks were a standout, perfectly crispy and cheesy. Although heavy on the celery powder. The soup was flavorful and comforting, and the burgers were solid, especially for the price. Honestly, the value here is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal that won’t break the bank, Chili’s is definitely the spot. I’ll be back for sure!

I gave it 5 stars because the service was exceptional our waitress hope was super friendly attentive and overall great the food was good ribs little dry but still good we loved seeing that the manager Cisco actually came out to interact with customers and came to us to see how everything was going he was very friendly and nice to talk to

Omg. I was so unwell after eating here at chillis. We started with chips and salsa, which chillis is know for! And they were so wet and soaked oily I ended up asking the server and she just said “oh they aren’t dry yet”. Never offered to get different ones or remove them from our order. We ate a few more and were wiping them off with a napkins. (Gross)… then we ordered separate triple dippers. One of them came with the new massive mozzarella sticks that was flavored and let me tell you - the oil just dripping out of those was so gross it was another level of oil. Might as well be swimming in it. The rest of the food was okay, but both of us walked away feeling unwell.

Just had a waitress at the bat make a ride comment, manager was great. Waitress was great when we could find her. They forgot one of our meals, but I am usually a big fan.....

WE LOVE ADRIANA. We too love Natajah and Delilah. Adriana is the SWEETEST server and hostess, absolutely love to see them when we come in. Natajah is also so sweet and patient and Delilah is a great server. Love all the staff, theyre the sweetest, great atmosphere.
