loved Wendy so much! she was such an amazing server. the sweetest and gave the best advice to my friend lol. can’t wait to come back and hopefully she’s there to serve us again.

We went on a busy Saturday night, but that was not a problem at all, since we were able to walk around the shopping center. The food at any Chili's that I've been to, had always been delicious, and this was no different. Kind staff and good food were a treat, for this out-of-towner!!

Told us there was a 2 hour wait just to get seated. And told us we needed to make a reservation via joining a waist list and to do so at least 6 hours before time we wanted to eat. We arrived at 6:30 and would not get seated til 8:30 and not eat til almost 9:45. So we left. If you don't mind waiting many hours to eat then fine otherwise stay away from this understaffed place. Took a menu, imagine the cheapest meal for an adult and a meal off the kid menu would've cost 80 plus dollars!

Xavier was awesome. Chilli’s is killing it. Superior marketing strategies making a superior fast casual chain even better than I remember it back in the day. The slabs of mozzarella with the honey chipotle sauce were my favorite. 🤤

It's not like it used to be at least not at the Lincoln location. Steak fajitas we're so dry and chewy the chicken was also dry when they replaced it for me thank you

Waitress was checking on every table but us, had to ask for the hostess to get her instead. she was definitely not too busy to keep us sitting with no food empty drinks for so long. food is like every other chain restaurant, not bad

food was pretty good however a group of workers on their break 2 girls 1 boy started laughing when this poor man stood up and walked by them. as soon as he left they started pointing and laughing!!! very irresponsible and inappropriate behavior, not acceptable.

To be honest, I was having a pretty bad day. Spent the day running errands and driving my son to appointments while recovering from a weekend flu. I was exhausted and miserable. Since contractors were rebuilding my kitchen (another story), my wife thought it might be nice to go to dinner. Sure, why not?

We chose Chili's. My wife and son loved their meals. I had an unfortunate occurrence - my food wasn't prepared properly, and I was put off my appetite. Honestly, I know things happen, but I had seen this particular error only in 1940s Looney Tunes cartoons.

When I pointed it out, my server was very apologetic and swept the offending dish away. In about 30 seconds the manager on duty came over to apologize. He took ownership of the situation and offered to personally cook me a new meal as he previously worked as a cook. I thanked him but assured him it was OK.

I know that what I described is SOP for any eatery, but after the day I had, I really appreciated the gesture. He was sincere. That saved the dining experience. My only regret is I didn't ask his name, so I could properly praise him in this post.

We were seated right away, but it took at least 10 minutes for the server to come over to greet us and possibly to get a drink and appetizer order.
We ordered our drinks and appetizer and that took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks.
The appetizer took longer than expected...we ordered our food, nothing that would take longer than expected but again it took longer than we expected.
My food was fine, but I was with my nephew and he ordered Mac n cheese and he said that the pasta was under cooked.
We didn't bring up our concerns for the fear of not getting a speedy response.
We ate, paid the bill and left. Probably won't be returning to this particular Chili's.

I wanted to take this time to acknowledge Xavier. He was very friendly and helpful, as well as attentive to our needs and extremely polite. You don't see that much in young individuals today. It is clear that he enjoys what he does and truly makes you want to return. This establishment should know and recognize what gem they have working for them. Besides Xavier, our food was delicious. We will return!
