awful staff. i came in on a friday at 7 and got chips and queso. my entire bag of chips were disgustingly stale. when i went back inside to get a new bag, i was ignored by the first employee i spoke to. the second employee took my bag, grabbed a new one, looked inside and GRIMACED before handing it to me. i said “are these stale too?” and he said “they’re all stale.” i asked if they had any not stale chips and they said no bc they make them all in the morning. not sure why they didn’t tell me this before selling me a large bag of chips.

this place is going down hill .
the help is rude.. prices are too high.
half a scoop of beef and the manager yelled at the new employee small portion.. even though I asked for double meat.
any smaller portion and it will be ridiculous. dont go hear Baja is ten times better

Came by to pick up my food and my whole order was cold, had a whole confusion when picking up my order due to the app mishaps reversing the order names then they made my burrito so small knowing I asked for extra everything but never got that my burrito was cold the rice was hard same for my bowl I always order from their and this the 3rd time I had a issue just don’t understand where peoples working hard money goes too?

As soon as I walked in, the trash can was full to the max of garbage, and the floor was nasty with food. I could not believe how filthy and gross this place was. I counted six workers, and it was not that busy to be this nasty.

They gave me a tiny bit of steak. I asked them for more but then they said you get what you get and you don't get upset

Amazing staff but... the manager kid is a real stickler, rude to me when their worker puts 1 extra peice of chicken in my bowl lmao.

Portions have gotten so much smaller since I was here two weeks ago and the employees argued with full on attitudes when we asked for more. They said no but they have no problem charging their high prices for a bowl. We will take our business elsewhere. X

If I wanted so much rice I'd go to the Chinese place a minute away. Unbelievable. Hardly any chicken in my order and the price is ridiculous. never ever will my family be back here again.

Refused to give my child white rice and beans bc. That's not a proper order apparently. Crazy first asked if they could put in a smaller container since she's 18 months. Then refused to give me rice and Black beans altogether. After I said IDC what it cost. Someone needs to put those children in check. Insane what just happened.

I stayed away from Chipotle a long time due to Listeria outbreaks and such, but gave them a try about 6 months ago. I ordered a simple chicken burrito with onions & peppers, black beans, rice, guac, sour cream and some queso, what I got was about a 2 cups worth of rice and sour cream and very little of everything else and it was just pouring out of the ripped wrap. I promised myself I wouldn't go back, but 2 days ago I was with folks who wanted to go, so I figured, it's been a while, maybe I'll give it one more try. I ordered the same exact thing, and literally had to ask the girl cut down on how much rice and sour cream they added, and STILL got just a messy fall apart wrap of mush with not much chicken at all. I've worked several burrito lines in the past with far superior ingredients and technique, and I have to just say it's embarrassing to be a burrito chain and NOT know how to portion and wrap a burrito, and it's egregiously overpriced. Some serious training and quality control needs to be done, and this time, I'm absolutely done with Chipotle. There are so many better spots locally that do far better.
