I eat and 1 hour late I’m be in the bathroom and coming all my meal terrible they use the meals for yesterday or two day before no fresh.

Great spot! The crew I met this morning were super friendly, fast, and food safe! I saw them cleaning and using a meat thermometer absolutely ServSafe right. Colby the manager is awesome alita on front is super friendly! Katey on takeout is fire!

I got somebody else’s order in my bag and the app won’t allow me to fix it because I didn’t receive a confirmation email and you can’t do a live chat without it
I drove way out of my way on a Friday and the doors were locked an hour and 20 minutes before the time stated on the door or on Google
They skimp so much. I got a bowl and the food doesn't even touch the lid. Waste of money.

I told the man yesterday to hire me to make a change, all dirty and like a bitter child, oh, I would be the solution, I have already had business in my country
We recently placed a Grubhub order for delivery. After the driver took over 90 minutes without delivering our order, we drove to the store to explain the situation. The manager could not have been more understanding and compassionate. He offered to make everything fresh for us at no charge. During our conversation, I got a text that our order was delivered. We told the workers that we didn’t need to waste their food if our orders had been delivered and started heading out. The manager followed us out into the parking lot to tell us that we didn’t need to eat cold food that had been sitting for over an hour and that they’d be totally happy to make us fresh meals. It was a really kind gesture, especially given that the restaurant had nothing to do with our Grubhub difficulties. We really appreciated it!

If I could leave a negative stat I would ordered two bowls and a kids meal through door dash. Once the driver got to the restaurant I got a call stating they were out of white rice and it would be a 20 mins wait I agreed to wait. 3 dashes and an hr and half later I finally get a call from the restaurant saying I don’t know if anyone told you but we can’t do the white rice it will take too long. I had to cancel my order through door dash which resulted in me losing out on the 10$ tip I paid through door dash because the workers just didn’t want to make the rice

Ordered to go- bowl was thrown together, cold, paid for double meat- got 1/2, specifically asked for utensils- nope. Employees were to busy gabbing rather than doing their job. Highly disgusted.

Delivery’s are not being made on time i ordered it 20 minutes ago got to the store and it was not even started plus instead of making my order they made everything but mine was the last one!with only me at the store and I even asked for it sat 11:14 am then the girl left the spot and the man with glasses took over to get it done because the girls are very rude not making the order because they see I’m mad waiting (one more thing I won’t advise to eat here just look at the reviews

workers got one heck of an attitude! also some piece of meat (idk what meat) was in my queso? my bowl fell apart cause it had a rip at the bottom so i had to put it on a plate. and there was a FAT onion in my food!! idk what i was expecting
