Every table is dirty, staff seems careless and too cool, and the place is just seems gross everywhere you look.

Clean, young staff but handle the store well.

I’m not normally a Chipotle fan. I think their portions are normally small and they don’t have a ton of options. But, this location is close by and I wanted to get it a try. The atmosphere itself is fine- a little dirty. The workers are all pleasant as well, if not pretty slow. There were about 3 people in front of us and it took a very long time for them to be served and wrung out.

My biggest gripes are with the food though. I had a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, barbacoa, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Everything was just so… wet. It was so wet that it started to flake the side of the cardboard bowl as I was using the fork. Not very appetizing to have paper in my food. The food itself tasted okay but definitely wasn’t bursting with flavor. The salsa had a few hard pieces in it that I found bizarre. I also found the portions to be decent but definitely not generous.

Maybe I just find Chipotle to be overhyped in general. You can find much better food at Moes and Bajas with better flavor, fresher, and more choice. I just wish there were some locations around here!

My carne asada bowl was delivered and when i opened it it looked like somebody was playing with that Food and then I tried to call and they never answer saying to give a feedback online like $27 out the drain i need my money back

Bad service and food! Do not go here !!

We’re out of steak with like 5 pieces left and no carne asada at all. Some swearing heard in the back of the kitchen. Relatively clean and good customer service though. Portions could be better.

awful staff. i came in on a friday at 7 and got chips and queso. my entire bag of chips were disgustingly stale. when i went back inside to get a new bag, i was ignored by the first employee i spoke to. the second employee took my bag, grabbed a new one, looked inside and GRIMACED before handing it to me. i said “are these stale too?” and he said “they’re all stale.” i asked if they had any not stale chips and they said no bc they make them all in the morning. not sure why they didn’t tell me this before selling me a large bag of chips.

this place is going down hill .
the help is rude.. prices are too high.
half a scoop of beef and the manager yelled at the new employee small portion.. even though I asked for double meat.
any smaller portion and it will be ridiculous. dont go hear Baja is ten times better

Came by to pick up my food and my whole order was cold, had a whole confusion when picking up my order due to the app mishaps reversing the order names then they made my burrito so small knowing I asked for extra everything but never got that my burrito was cold the rice was hard same for my bowl I always order from their and this the 3rd time I had a issue just don’t understand where peoples working hard money goes too?
