We recently placed a Grubhub order for delivery. After the driver took over 90 minutes without delivering our order, we drove to the store to explain the situation. The manager could not have been more understanding and compassionate. He offered to make everything fresh for us at no charge. During our conversation, I got a text that our order was delivered. We told the workers that we didn’t need to waste their food if our orders had been delivered and started heading out. ...
I came in to pick up an online order. Ended up waiting an additional 40 min. I arrived after my est pick up time. The bag was sealed but the order inside was missing chips and guacamole. The cashier area was caked with food bits leading me to see the serving area was a mess too.
