This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, unfortunately the only one near me and the one at Shell is just as bad. Someone needs to shut this place down, staff it properly, find good management and figure it out. Not one employee here knows how to do their job efficiently, food is never cooked all the way, coffee is never made right, and I have waited at the window for 15+ minutes while the window employee just stands there, not helping, not working as a team. This location is a joke and needs some serious help.

I had not visited this location since June of 2023. It was on the way to where I was going so I stopped in to get some coffee on this surprising 85 degree day in October. In the past my orders were just wrong, so I stopped going. Today I ordered 2 iced coffee with espresso shots, which came to $9.98 so I pulled 2x5 dollar bills out of my wallet. I got to the window, and they wouldn't take my cash the register was not opening. I suggested they use a different register, they couldn't so they said. I asked for the manager, but they were not in the store, someone else came to the window, and said they would only take cards or if I wanted to come in and pay at a different register. Begrudgingly I have then my card, and reminded them why I stopped coming to this location, all the wrong orders. So she said ” so why did you come here ?" I said it was on my way, but I'll take a different route in the future. How freaking rude ! Should have taken my cash and put it into a different register, and figured it out later, why should I need to be given grief, when it's a Dunkin problem ? Never returning, hope the location closes, they suck !

I go to a lot of dunkins, as a dasher a morning offer is basically 50% chance of being a dunks. I came to THIS dunks, no surprise the order before this one was at a walgreens where multiple people we're trying to buy ingredients to cook drugs. I get to this dunkins in the same town and the OT-bagger is a woman standing there looking at my customers order all laid out properly, with receipt, drink, sandwich, only thing missing was a donut. I and another customer at my side watched as this woman picked up the food multiple times and asked herself "what is this?" without reading the receipt, and then went to a trashcan beside us to pretend to work. She scrubbed the top of this clean trash can which had a station on top that was entirely unstocked. The woman returned to her job and asked the sandwich again "what is this?" when she went to go back to the trashcan to pretend to work I informed her, "that is the sandwich for the receipt its on, its my order, and I need it bagged before I can take it." She realized and bagged the food right there infront of herself, Attempted to give it to me and I denied it because it was incomplete. Now for the first time she read the receipt and realized it was missing the donut. So she ripped the bag open and rebagged the order properly, Finally I managed to move on with my day. 20 minutes to figure out how to bag an order, and they weren't busy at all...

I went this morning around 9:15, long line of cars in the drive through, ordered a sandwhich and hash browns. Takes at least 10-15 to get to the window, they charge me, I wait, then they ask me to pull forward and wait some more because my food isn’t ready. Ok, fine. But, already late for work, I finally get my food and I should have checked it. 2 orders of hashbrowns, no sandwhich at all, and to top it off the hashbrowns were inedible. Ended up late, hungry, and pissed off. Worst Dunkin ever.

This location is very understaffed in the mornings. Often times just two workers are covering the entire place. I switched to ordering online and waiting a little before picking up my drink to give them some time. This morning I ordered my coffee around 5:50am (location opens at 4am) and went to pick it up around 6am. Unfortunately, when I got there the doors were closed. The person inside could definitely see my car (with the bright headlights on) and me outside but just kept staring at me instead for opening the door and explaining what was going on. No signs on the doors. I drove to the ordering spot and waited there - nothing. I drove to the pick up window and waited there - nothing. Extremely annoyed with this type of "customer service"! I get it, things happen... But please, disable the online ordering, put a sign on the door, or at least have a decency to acknowledge a customer trying to get an order they PAID FOR instead for starting at them through the glass and clearly ignoring them.

Their night crew is better in my opinion. Ive noticed they're friendlier and more polite. spot on with every order I've gotten so far as of recently, also very quick about it too. Perfection ?

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to worry about, door dont have a wheelchair button from what ive seen tho

Drive thru is beyond slow. 5 min plus between people being able to order. And to top it off you can't leave if more than two cars in line.
Idk why but it appears there is no service at certain times here. Over 20 min wait to even move one car in drive through this morning. Not only was I late to work I wasnt even able to order anything. Please figure this out if your going to run a business. Hire enough people or get people that can work.

Unlike most dds very functional workers. No druggie workers! Clean air conditioner works. Overall though very expensive for a small ice coffee and donut. 5 bucks. Nope can't afford that!
