@6:51pm I came by and literally could not get attended due to the door being locked and no one at the window, the worker was hiding in the kitchen that is viewable from the outside on their phone. Literally one of the worst experiences at this location.

The employees are rude and completely ignored me. I smiled nobody smiled back and they just starred.Nobody was in the restaurant and yet I was ignored as I was standing right at the cash register.

Incorrect change. At approximately 6:00 AM today I paid with $12 cash. Cost was $11.83. Got a dime and a nickel back… I asked for the 2 cents and they said they didn’t have any pennies. What’s up with that? I don’t know why I keep going back to this location.
I also gave a dollar tip at the same time I received my incorrect change.
Poor layout to use the drive thru also. Cut your tree, it hits vehicles as you use the drive thru also.

I am going to start this review strong. The place looked great. The coffee was alright. We went around 6pm and it was dark out. The sign was blinding, and when we told the worker, he shrugged at us. That was rude.

They have been cleaning the bathroom for over an hour. There has been no bathroom available to customers or staff for over an hour. Unacceptable for a food service business.

I haven't been in the store but by far this is the friendliest Dunkin' Donuts around and they always get the orders right with a smile and a thank you.

Horrible service and food. I ordered avocado toast with bacon through the drive through; they forgot the bacon. I went inside and asked for bacon and half of what they gave me was burned. Will not be returning.

Not accommodating and terrible service. Asked for a refresher with oat milk and was told she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the option to ring in oat milk. When I asked why not, because every other dunkin location can do it no problem, was told that the district manager told her she couldn’t. Just lost my service! I drove across the street to Starbucks instead.

My friend just went through drive thru for 2 coffees this morning. Cashier messed up the order, she asked for it to remade and the new drink they gave her was the nastiest thing I've ever tried. She gets this order all the time at other dunkins and it's fine, so I don't know what they did to mess it up that badly.
