Horrible service and food. I ordered avocado toast with bacon through the drive through; they forgot the bacon. I went inside and asked for bacon and half of what they gave me was burned. Will not be returning.

Not accommodating and terrible service. Asked for a refresher with oat milk and was told she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the option to ring in oat milk. When I asked why not, because every other dunkin location can do it no problem, was told that the district manager told her she couldn’t. Just lost my service! I drove across the street to Starbucks instead.

My friend just went through drive thru for 2 coffees this morning. Cashier messed up the order, she asked for it to remade and the new drink they gave her was the nastiest thing I've ever tried. She gets this order all the time at other dunkins and it's fine, so I don't know what they did to mess it up that badly.

They don’t make cold brew. They pour espresso into regular iced coffee and think people don’t notice. Just got a coffee at 6:00am so it’s not like they ran out. Never going here agian
Had a great chat about the history of video games while waiting for my order. Props to her for engaging with a customer in such a delightful way.

I went to this Dunkin Thursday morning (1/31/25). I'm not sure her name but the petite young woman with the red and black hair was my server. She was very polite, listened attentively, and not only waited on me with a smile but got my order rite ! I hope she gets recognition because hard workers like her deserve it !

This location is awful. Upon finding a clump of hair inside my coffee cup I went inside & asked for the manager. Instead of the manager coming out she sent a worker back & forth to deliver her message. Stating all that can be done is a new coffee be made because I drank most of it. After going back & forth my money was refunded but my comments & concerns were disregarded and ignored. This is unacceptable & absolutely disgusting. The lack of care and empathy is crazy. Not to mention they are always understaffed, very rude & unprofessional.

Worst Dunkin ever!! I ordered 20min ahead so i can just grab and go. When i get there order wasn’t even ready. Had to wait an extra 10min. This place is very short staff and needs more employees at the cooking station. Get it together!!

After waiting in that line to no luck, I came inside to order. 1 person was in front of me, but somehow it takes over 10 mins to get a coffee.
Literally go anywhere else but this place. 4 people working, but somehow no orders are coming out.
