Order #5278 Drive thru. I ordered a decaf latte n wrap and the girl that took my order had me repeat the decaf latte. When I got to window blonde boy named Keagan asked me again what I ordered that someone got out of line but i know that wasn't true and girl and Keagan were laughing on how I said latte. They need to get a lesson on customer service they might speak perfect English but shouldn't be making fun of customers on how you pronounce latte. Maybe they are saying it wrong.
Quite possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever gone to. Pulled up the drive thru at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon. Tried to order a sandwich. The guy on the mic asked me to repeat it multiple times then started putting random stuff up on the order screen. Finally ordered the sandwich and the $5 meal deal. Pull up behind a car already at the window and it took FIFTEEN minutes for them to get their coffee. When we finally pulled up and got our order no apologies. Our 2 wake up wraps did not have chipotle sauce and the hash browns were still partially cold.

I came about 45 minutes before close, maybe that was rude of me? Regardless, that shouldn't excuse them from me having to wait nearly 10 minutes at the drive thru window for only 3 items (bagel, hash brown, iced drink). Not to mention they charged me for an additional item that I had not asked for (I only wanted 1 hash brown and I was charged for 2 and didn't know until I was almost home). And I had them scan my rewards/member app, but the points never showed up of course... Just be careful when you order here and don't be like me: GET YOUR RECEIPTS FOR THIS PLACE!!!

I don't use the drive thru, I go inside so I have. Different experience I guess . Everytime I visit I get nothing but smiles and good service. The inside is so much bigger now that it's remodeled. The staff is awesome 😎
Customer service at this dunkin is not good. Even the assistant manager is rude to customers. If you still want to visit them with that information, make sure you have cash. Their credit card machine goes down often and they won’t tell you till after they’ve made your food and then make you wait 10-15 mins while they dink around saying they’re fixing it; only to tell you they can’t and you have to leave and they’re throwing away all they made you. I wish they’ve would’ve just said something about their card machine instead of wasting my time and wasting their food.

Just because I came in 30 minutes before they closed doesn’t mean I should pay $6 for two coffees filled 2/3 each and be barely luke warm.
Also I asked for almond milk in my coffee and regular milk in the other and we both got some weird foam milk. Which makes it look more filled than it actually was.
Waited in the line 4 minutes before she acknowledged a car was waiting.
Sad just sad.

Consistently terrible. Every time I’ve been at this location the coffee is bitter and undrinkable. The service is never pleasant. Everytime I’ve been there I feel like I’m a giant inconvenience. One time I had to wait 10min at the counter for someone to help me while I watched multiple employees walking around. How they can consistently service terrible coffee and why I still go back when absolutely necessary is beyond me.

I don't understand all the negative reviews about this location. It's really not that serious. We're talking about donuts and coffee, people....it's not an emergency room. lol... Get a grip. I've been coming here for years because the place is clean, the staff has always been polite, and they've never screwed up an order. But honestly...here's some life advice for customers who always seem to have bad experiences...everywhere they go. If you're always running into issues, maybe you're the problem? If you walk into an establishment with a chip on your shoulder, you can't expect everyone to make excuses for your bad attitude and victim complex. I'm middle aged, and I can honestly say that in the 45 years I've been on this planet I can count the number of unsavory customer service experiences I've had, on one hand. The response you receive is often a reflection of the energy you put into the Universe.
