While I was excited to finally try Chef Lee's amazing style of Asian delights, I was thoroughly Disappointed in the presentation of the front of the house and the overall feel. When we walked in I was looking for the Kiosks to order but all of them were not working. We were looking for King crab but since we could not order using the Kiosk we had to grab a menu, one of many just tossed around like napkins in the breeze. I mean they were all over the counters and tables....
I recently visited Tea & Bread Cafe at Emerald Bay food hall and had an amazing experience! The bubble tea was flavorful and refreshing, and the baked goods were deliciously fresh. The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The cozy and clean ambiance added to the overall enjoyable visit. I highly recommend stopping by for a treat; you won't be disappointed!"
I don't know why people expect so much service from a self serve ordering place. There are HUGE kiosks and you pre-pay for your food. There are different categories and regions for your food. They have HUGE screens that show your food is being prepared and then ready. What are people going to do when AI takes over?Anyway, I love the food here...I always get the duck noodle soup with Ho Fun Noodles. I've had the pho and it's also great. Yes it's $25 but people...
