Every one acts like their fries are infallible. They aren't unfortunately. they can be poor especially if its a batch they made a while ago. They have beloved habit of overloading the fries especially if you order a large, which is awesome when the fries are fresh. However when it feels like they are just dumping old fries in your bag to simply get rid of them...not so awesome. Their burgers are among the best in the game. Although I'd be lying if i said they were the best value. If you're decently famished. You need at least 20$ per person.

Visited today and had our order taken by Ashley, who was friendly and welcomed us with a smile when we walked in. Service was prompt and our milkshake was perfectly made. EXTREMELY clean dining room with lots of space and a comfortable vibe. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Me and my daughter went to grab a quick drink from five guys at 9:45.We did not want any food just a quick drink. They locked the doors and 3 of there employees looked at me and shook there heads no. Not to mention there were people in there enjoying there food. They refused to let us in and continued to stare at us as my daughter was signaling that we just would like a beverage. They have absolutely horrible service and I will never return. If possible i would have given zero stars.

Absolutely needed to leave a review for Lincoln’s Five Guys location. The food and milkshakes are always good, and the place is wicked clean. But, I really wanted to leave this review cause of the staff. The staff is always super kind and fun to talk to. They always seem to be happy to be there and have fun with each other. It makes me happy to go in and keeps me coming back. Just wanted to give a shoutout to a great staff! 😁

I haven't been in a while & when I saw they now have milkshakes, I had to order one.. I'm happy to say, I was very impressed, no longer have to go to Newport creamery for an awful awful! Lol, I only wished you had coffee flavor. Maybe it'll be added to the menu soon! 😏😁

My grandson wanted a hamburger so we took him here. The burgers were good but I would definitely not get the fries again. The burgers are reasonably priced too. I just wish they had more selections on their menu.
