Excellent breakfast restaurant at outstanding prices with great service. Nice neighborhood eatery. Beans are offered with crisp bacon and your choice of toast or English muffin. Coffee is bottomless expect a bill for two that won’t break the bank.

Very welcoming great place to have breakfast. The staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive which is hard to come by in the food restaurant industry. The food is consistent always prepared fresh and the portions are very fair. I'd definitely recommend this local gem here in Lincoln, RI.

Service was very slow, half way through my meal I found a hair in my fish. Showed waitress, she had taken to show the chef and brought the check and said sorry about that. Brought the full check!! Won’t be going back.

The last time we were there, the waitress listened in on a private conversation and decided she didn't like my political leanings. Today we went back and couldn't get service after sitting there for 15 minutes we walked out. We won't be back. Just do your job, I'm not there to be your friend.
I have been going to Frank's periodically over many years, when lived closer and when in the area. They never disappoint. I get to bring friends by and they love it too. Great staff, good, service and value. Excellent local eatery! Love the breakfast and bacon!! Thank you!!

A friend of mine told me about this place so I went there I never knew it was a breakfast place I thought it was just an apartment l grew up not far from there the breakfasts are very reasonable good portion you would ended up paying $20 a plate like every other breakfast joint I usually get a number 2 or a number three with unlimited coffee for less than $10 you can't beat that anywhere which is two eggs bacon or sausage home fries done in a frialator the way I like it but you got to ask for that I believe number 4 and above you have to pay for the coffee and every other cup after so be wise unless you just don't care to have at it spend that money LOL oh yeah and they serve lunch never been there for lunch but I'm sure it's just as good as breakfast hopefully they never closed because that's where I'm going the rest of my life
