Fred & Steve's Steakhouse

This one of our favorite steak houses. We always get the filet. It melts in your mouth and the sides are delicious!

Food was excellent - Lab chops and Filet were cooked perfectly and taste was excellent. Whipped sweet potato and spinach were perfect. Wine and margarita were great. Waitress and manager were very nice. We WILL be back again.

Food was excellent as was the service. I was a bit disappointed in the environment, having made a reservation multiple weeks in advance and stating it was for our anniversary we were seated in the bar area vs. the main dining room. We were going to say something, but I hate to be one of those people however there were many tables in the dining room so other than sitting us in servers sections there was no reason to stick us in the bar. Also this is a more expensive steak house, but the vibe is sports bar, even in the dinning room. The casino doesn't have many sit down dining options and all of them are sports themes essentially and not more elegant dining. As someone from CT use to our two casino areas it's surprising. All that being said the food was excellent from appetizers through desert and the service was also outstanding.

Waited 30 minutes after reservation. Walk ins seated before us. Plenty of open tables. Waited 25 minutes for someone to come to table. Drinks ordered with zero alcohol in them,poor service, lukewarm warm food and no manager to speak to. No way worth the money this trip. Very disappointing Birthday dinner.

Fantastic dinner for our anniversary. The steak was like cutting through butter. Calamari was tasty too.

Food was good but more overpriced than other places , I'm glad I went once but I feel I get better food at more reasonable prices elsewhere. As I say I'm glad I went once but won't be back .

I expected more of a touch of class for the prices. We did make a reservation but after being seated we waited 25 minutes just to be seen & order drinks. It disappointed me.

Our waiter was spectacular! He had 6 tables and still managed to handle everything perfectly. Food was delicious!

What a great ding experience we had; started off with an order of Steamers and Shrimp Cocktail; fresh and delicious. Salmon dinners and hamburgers were all devoured; and I use that phrase as to how they were prepared and presented; a job well done 👍 Hats off to the waitstaff; we were well taken care of. Fred & Steve's did not disappoint.

Food was great but it took a while to come out. They bartender was accommodating but very clearly working hard to manage an entire bar. One of the waiters was disruptive… kept bumping into our bar chair when grabbing drinks and literally spilled a tray of glasses which all broke on the floor next to us, the bartender attempted to make up for the mistake with a free dessert which was so thoughtful. However, the conversations from staff and their behavior made it seem like they just really didn’t want to be there and were being over worked to a point of misery. The broken glass laid around us on the floor while waiters crunched it under their shoes for our entire meal until they found someone to clean it up while we were boxing our food. On the bright side … Food was great!

$52.00 Petite filet was tough. $14.00 Baked potato was reheated and barely warm. Second time we've eaten there We figured the first time we ate there might have been a fluke when the mashed red potatoes were gluey and the filet was not very good so we thought we'd try it again. Very disappointed. Service was exceptional.

Food is very good and the service is outstanding. The prices for steak are very high bordering on ridiculous. It's more money than a Peter Luger steak and definitely a cut below. Don't get me wrong it's a good steak but 160$ for 22oz bone in rib eye is a bit over the top.

Everything was outstanding. My steak was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was so attentive and knowledgeable. Make a reservation it gets crowded quickly.

Awesome place to eat. Great steaks. Bread is served. Surf & Turf tasty! Bartender makes great drinks! Highly recommend!

This was my first time there in a couple of years. Although the bartenders were friendly they seemed overwhelmed. Had to ask for waters a few times, wasnt offered bread, martini was good but it was just a little over halfway full. The food was mediocre. The beef carpaccio was bland. The filet was overcooked and a bit dry. Overall it was overpriced for mediocre service and mediocre food.
