My Husband and I love to go every year and play the slots and have a delicious dinner at Fred and Steve's steakhouse . It's become a yearly tradition and we always have a lot of fun and we enjoy our dinner. It's always our highlight of our weekend stay.

Food was excellent steak were cooked just right. Albeit, Prices are a bit steep. Everything is Ala-Carte. Sides very expensive 12.00 per side.

Steak was over cooked and dry ordered medium rare got well. Encore rare and seamark are some of my favorites. Dirty martini just tasted like olive juice. Might’ve been the worst steak house I’ve ever eaten at before. I used to love it here when I was younger. Won’t come back again

We sat in the bar area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The drinks were perfectly made .
We had fried oysters for our appetizers they melted in our mouth! They were great.
The bread was served cold.
I ordered a fillet unfortunately the fillet was not its hottest. The flavor was perfect meaning the seasoning but it definitely could’ve been served hotter. The red Blessed mashed potatoes were out of sight.

Our waitress Tiffany was fantastic. The steaks were perfectly done , the salmon presentation was outstanding! The birthday desert was to die for! Thank you all for this wonderful experience.

Hostess was slow and not friendly. Restaurant was dirty and tables were too close together. Server was nice but slow. Food was poor especially for the price. Flavor lacked.

Everything was fantastic, including the service, the food, and the environment. I enjoyed everything except for the cost. When a price is not listed, I expect it to cost “more” but I thought $160.00 for a ribeye steak dinner was a bit much even for a nice restaurant like Fred and Steve's. I took my mother out to eat and it cost me $510, for one appetizer, two meals and wine, including a 20% tip. I don't know... maybe that's what the going rate is for a fantastic meal. I just don't think I'll ever order anything without a price on it again.

We visited on a Saturday night before a show. The restaurant was bustling. Everyone was attentive and friendly, and our waitstaff team was the best. They were so attentive and exactly what you want when you go out to have a nice dinner.

The waitress kept walking by our table. Service is usually very very good here but for some reason it was awful. We finally ordered a bottle of wine and it took almost 20 minutes to be delivered to our table. We were just about to cancel the bottle of wine and go to another restaurant when the wine finally arrived. We love going to Fred and Steve's but for some reason, it was just not like it usually is.

I had been a customer of this place since they opened. My last dining experience was terrible. We were seated and it took the server 20 minutes to show up and there was barely anyone on the place . We placed our order and specified how we want our steaks cooked. My intuition told me that the server was not paying attention and I was spot on! Two of the steaks came out so well done that they were like raw hide! One was ordered as medium and the other as medium well. The third steak came out super rare and basically cold as ice on the middle. We sent two steaks back to be cooked properly the third person was embarrassed to send the steak back and just settled for it. We also asked the server to wait some time before putting the main order in before brining our steaks and sides and it was clear that this was not done and things were stooping in the kitchen because the sides of creamed spinach and corn were lukewarm. A manager came out claiming he wanted to make this “right” . We got the steaks back none was fine but my friends was overcooked again. At this point we were not dealing with sending it back again Manager made false promises of making things right and the server basically disappeared . This dinner had been planned for months to celebrate a birthday and it was ruined. Fred and Steve's shame on you! If you want good food for the price you are paying this is not the place. Staff could have cared less!

We have been several times. Server was professional and helpful. Prime rib is perfect but the kitchen timing was way off! Got our appetizers in a timely way however our three prime ribs and boiled lobster dinner took an almost an entire hour to get to us after our apps. The restaurant was busy but not that busy.

We have been going for years and I have never reviewed. Going on a host comp but the review will be based on if I had to pay. Food and service above average, a few flaws though nothing major. The menu lacks compared to the past. They have an article on the wall about the 48oz porterhouse which has not been on the menu for a few years now. That was delightful and was a go to for us. Also, I cant understand why a normal sized rib eye steak is not on the menu. Instead the last few times I went they were offering as a special for somewhere around 150 dollars. I realize it's an upscale steakhouse but the prices are not aligned with reality. Those are wagyu prices. I opted for the filet which was good and at expected prices. Wine list did not include years and like most places nowadays is not kept up to date and all advertised selections were not available. They are also adding a 3% casino surcharge to bills that goes towards Bally's. This is ridiculous honestly and have never seen this at a restaurant anywhere in a casino before. It's actually a bit distasteful. Again I didn't pay for the meal but it's a policy that would make me not want to return. The food is good but not so much so to overlook things like this. Im assuming likely most people are going on some sort of comp and overlook it. I would return to Fred & Steve's and give it a 4 overall for generally good waiter service, clleanliness, and food quality. Work on your menu a bit and eliminate stupid fees. That would make it a 5.

I love this restaurant. The food is amazing, we travel from Ct just to come here. They should be open on Sundays though. I think it's a total missed opportunity.

Quite simply the worst ribeye tomahawk steak I have ever had. It arrived cold and tasted more like prime rib than steak. The sides were also cold and tasted bland. I could not even eat the accompanying stuffed shrimp. The only positive thing was the service. Overall super disappointed in the experience. I would not dine here again.

Hi am a constant customer here. The food is always excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Twin River for dinner 😋.
