We've always enjoyed this restaurant—the food is consistently great, and the service is friendly and attentive. It's a reliable spot that never disappoints on the dining experience. That said, the space itself feels dated. The restaurant has been around for many years, and aside from small changes like new carpets, it hasn't seen much in the way of redesign or renovation. A fresh update to the décor would make the atmosphere as impressive as the food and service.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant, it's got a great setup and bar. The hostess and waiter were perfectly nice. We noticed after that there's two different sets of menus so the waiter did give us the wrong drinks but they were still good. The food was great and the filet mignon with crab special was delicious. The only thing that was a little obnoxious was that one of the employees who we assumed was a manager came up to us after we ordered after dinner...
Ordered surf and turf with filet and baked stuffed shrimp. Stuffing was a little overwhelming and Luke warm at best. Also had the creamed spinach very watery and not thick and creamy. We didn't eat much of that at all. For the money that was spent for two people not really worth it. Used to be much better
