They weren’t closed yet and had already cleaned up and wouldn’t let us order. If the door isn’t locked and hours say you’re open, why can’t I order food?

I have been to this jersey mikes location two times. The food is tasty but the customer service is awful! The first time I went inside to order. I was ordering a steak and cheese for myself and for my Grandfather. He wanted no cheese, no peppers, no onions. When I tried ordering this as a #64 with these customization the worker cut me off and with a lot of attitude said “ no, no I'm not doing that you’re just confusing me and my cooks”. So I then asked what would be a better way to order it and he said as a #17 with no peppers, no onions, no cheese, add mushrooms. Im not sure how this option was any less confusing than the first way I tried ordering it and I definitely did not deserve his attitude. To top it off they still messed up my Grandpas sandwich and put cheese and peppers on it.
The second time I came to this location I ordered through the app. I am a very picky person when it comes to food but i’m also understanding that people make mistakes sometimes. I wanted a #17 with no peppers and no onions. I picked up my order and drove all the way home to realize they did not make my sandwich correctly. I tried calling about 10 times and no one answered so I drove all the way back there. I was greeted by a woman I think she had blonde hair. I told her my sandwich was made incorrectly it was supposed to have no onions and no peppers. She takes it from me and puts it on the counter and starts dissecting it to see if I was telling the truth! She then yells to this young guy who was standing on the side of her and says “what does it say on the recite!” He then says “only chicken, cheese, and mayo” she then throws her hands up in the air and walks away and the younger guy remakes my sandwich.
I definitely will not be going back to this location again.
I want to thank Store Manager Aaron for a great sandwich well prepared as well as outstanding service to veterans thanks for a job well done

Food is good but service is slow. Friendly service though. If you order online double that time and then give them an additional 15 min. So 45 min for a sub. But it’s a good sub ?

No high chair for a baby? We walked right back out.
They ran out of bread, said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes, 10 minutes later they said 5 more minutes, they came back out and said someone messed up the bread it would be another 10 minutes. Then the workers were arguing behind the counter. I saw one guy sitting there for about 30-40 minutes.
