Over all this location is fantastic! I was greeted when I walked through the doors. The customer service is great, everyone has a smile on there face and very helpful as far as accommodating for dietary needs. You can tell they have good communication between staff which is great for team work! The food is so delicious and hits the spot every time! It’s a very welcoming establishment! I highly recommend stopping in the Lincoln location!

My first time here today. I opened the door and the line was literally to the door I hesitated but went inside anyway.. Very friendly staff and quick. I literally had my order in less than 10 minutes. Great job!

Great experience overall, staff was friendly and even though it was late on their grand opening day they still were upbeat and kind. Food was great and fresh. Fantastic experience overall, I definitely recommend especially for something new in the Lincoln mall.

This Jersey Mike just opened at the Lincoln mall (Lincoln, RI) and the customer service is horrible and they don’t know what they are doing. I called and placed a order for 3 subs at $3 each according to the advertisement they are having for their first week opening, when I arrived I was charged $26.73 and told I only get one sub for $3, I tried explaining what I was told but the lady was rude and just obnoxious…, horrible customer service and not people friendly…
