Worse Johnny Rockets I’ve ever been to. Staff acted like they didn’t want to do anything. Food sucked. First time I ate one fry and was grossed out at a Johnny Rockets. NOW the worse part I was just going through my credit card statement before I paid the bill and the lady charged me twice! Two different amounts which makes me wonder how they were able to do that without my card for the second charge. I put a lock on it and will be calling my credit card company first thing Monday. If it was the same amount I would give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe computer messed up but two different ones means it was ran a second time. Really weird and will be investigating it. Be Careful and to be honest at Ballys there are other places to eat just do that trust me this place is the worse place I’ve ever been to in all categories.

Extremely under staffed definitely a management problem had dozens of customers waking away because they were running so slow didn’t have certain menu items and when we did get our order it wasn’t even right smh stay away

Been there three times in the last three month and every time been there they said they were out of ice cream how did they run out ice cream? Every time I went there I think the employees don’t wanna be bothered making the shake. Someone should fix this problem.

Stopped by with some friends for dinner. Got a Burger, hotdogs, fries and onion rings. They were exactly as one would expect from Johnny Rockets. Good ol’ Murican greasy bites. The young lady serving us was friendly , , she even drew a smiley on the plate for the fries ? and the food was good. No complaints.

Those workers are rude no class they don't respect...the light skin guy I think he spanish, dominican he does the cooking,and the cashier women either Guatemalan or Mexican should both get fired from their giving johnny rockets? bad name ?????....I'm spanish

What time do people usually eat, 5:00 maybe 6:00, we’ll don’t go to this restaurant. They were closed for an hour and a half. Then the snotty, ignorant, assistant manager gets cocky and said that the prior manager and shift personnel did not stock any food, prep and condiments, and left him to rectify the situation. Not only did he try to make the prior shift look bad, he also made himself look bad. Will not go back again!!!

Very good customer service I was very impressed food was text book exactly what you expect went you want good burgers fries and hotdogs And the coffee milkshake was the best I ever had go there you won’t be disappointed don’t know the managers name but he was very very skilled and his customer service was best I seen so far in food industry I will be back 3-10-2024

Ordered two BLT Clubs, a milk shake, soda, and a bottled water. The sandwiches were extremely skimpy with barely anything inside. Spent over $40 and very disappointed in the quality of the food.
