I order from Panera regularly and I have never experienced what I did today. It is 12/6/25 and I order to pick up at 2:20pm. I ordered the pick 2. A 1/2 garden caprese melt and a 1/2 ranch parm BLT salad and it was completely inedible. First off the salad was put in the bag upside down and open and the sandwich was so saturated in sauce that I couldn't even pick it up. I was extremely disappointed. Not sure what is going on but this is the first time I have ever gotten food that I couldn't eat from Panera and I probably won't be coming back to the Lincoln location. Smh

I never seen a place with employees with so low enthusiasm, when you ask to slice your bagels they just throw them in the machine like you throw something in the trash can, needless to say they come out with an odd shape. They need a little motivation, if you don’t like your job seek a different career.

I always enjoy panera's food, except for the staff. Their rude, and throw your food on the counter and leave it there without calling your name. Whoever, made my salad the day I went clearly don't know how to make a caesar salad which contains 3 items. I rate this place 2 out of 5.

I would have kept ordering my daily meal via uber eats but this place has lost my business, quickly. They have no respect or regard for customers. Straws missing every single time. Never know if they'll add the pickle side 🥒 can't complain to manager because they dont answer the phone.

The bbq chicken was canned chicken!!! The melin wasn't ripe to the point it wasn't edible!! Will never eat at a panera ever again!!! Way too much money for bad food
Haven't eaten here in a while so thought I would try my favorite BACON TURKEY BRAVO today! EXCELLENT! The tomato basil bread was super tasty and it was loaded with turkey. It had just the right amount of everything. The 12$ price was so worth the quantity and quality. Will definitely put this place back on my takeout rotation list! Bravo Panera👍

For the price it’s a rip off you get a big bowl for the soup and they only fill it 25% what a joke I get the French onion they throw some croutons on it and call it a day sometimes they might put some cheese in there , I’d rather go to a real restaurant and get a real French onion soup . Way overpriced😮💨
