I completely understand the algorithm and what these surveys mean as far as the overall success of the management, team members and bonus structure. This is why I rated 5 stars.However, I decided to treat myself to Starbucks after shopping in target. I asked the young female employee ( who was on her 15 min break.).. I knew this because that's how she answered my question when I asked if this is where I place my order. But she actually was making a declaration of her break rather then actually speaking too me.A young gentleman came to the counter and proceeded to be extremely professional and was a pleasure to speak too.I wish I got their names. The people who work here are awesome, but for some reason it was so incredibly hot in the cafe that I almost passed out while working on my laptop. I can only imagine how that must be for the employees. I'm not sure if the AC is broken or if it is something else, but I hope someone sees this and gets it fixed.

Since the Starbucks across the street is closed for renovations I’ve been TRYING to go to the one in target. How is it every time that I go to order there is “no ice” and they are refusing service to anyone that goes in. The girls at the counter are very rude and do not have good customer service.Also How are you running a business when most of your drinks are iced. If you do not have ice , do they also not have water? If they do not have running water they should not be operating. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

I had a horrible customer service experience today. While ordering my coffee Grande Ice Caramel macchiato extra caramel one pack of raw sugar. I think my order is pretty simple and basic. However since the barista was too busy talking about how she was told to bring walking shoes or whatever other conversations was being held my coffee was made wrong! When I asked for extra sugar the barista huffed and puffed so I simply said I do not want it yes I left a $5 coffee already paid for in the counter because I was given poor customer service!

This starbucks is super slow. I get the same pumpkin spice drink with COLD FOAM constantly, even though it is a hot drink. NO other starbucks questions it. WHY? Probably bc it's 75 cents extra- and they don't question what someone wants. This place makes you feel like you are incompetent bc of how you order a drink. I order drinks from different ones 2 times a day. 13.00 a day. AND what I do NOT need is an attitude. The girl was rude, didn't apologize for the delay- and said "here ya go" like I was causing her the problem. This place is a joke and they can not keep workers to save their life.
