I completely understand the algorithm and what these surveys mean as far as the overall success of the management, team members and bonus structure. This is why I rated 5 stars.However, I decided to treat myself to Starbucks after shopping in target. I asked the young female employee ( who was on her 15 min break.).. I knew this because that's how she answered my question when I asked if this is where I place my order. But she actually was making a declaration of her break...
