I ordered two sandwiches through the Subway mobile app, and from the moment I arrived, the employee was unhelpful and dismissive. I asked for assistance with the app order, and he immediately refused to help or even acknowledge the issue.

Things got worse when I politely pointed out the small portion of meat he was putting on my footlong sandwich — only three slices of meat. When I questioned it, he gave me major attitude and claimed he couldn’t add more because “proportions are portions,” which makes no sense. Subway is supposed to make the food in front of you so you can ensure it’s right — isn’t that the point?

I took a picture to show corporate what I received, and the employee refused to give me my sandwich unless I let him go through my phone to delete the photo. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. He ends up giving my sandwiches halfway done I left the store.

I’ve never had an experience this frustrating at any Subway before, and I’ll definitely think twice before returning to this location. Corporate needs to be aware of how poorly this store is being run!

The only reason I give a 5 for service because the night people are so nice but putting 4 pieces of turkey on a 6 inch or 7 pieces on a foot long is a big scam. I asked a local subway and they said a foot long should be getting 12 to 15 pieces depending on how thick they are . And we all know how thin yours is. Stop screwing your customers out of there money so you can make more in your pocket and give them what they pay for

Absolutely The Most Horrible Service in Food industry!! Worst Customer Service Ever!! Rude Employees! ALWAYS on Break when supposed to be open 24 hours!!! Products are covered up By the Metal door Propped open so you cannot view the product you are purchasing!! NEVER used to be that way! The customer should be able to view products to see what they are and what looks nice to eat!! Very Poor management and Poor lazy unprofessional! STAFF! Your company should be Ashamed that you tolerate these conditions And. Allow This to Happen as Representation for One of YOUR Many Companies! Shameful!!!

The worker said come back in 15 minutes because that's when she will reopen. Came back 15 minutes later and she was walking out the door as we came back to order. She made our wait double. She was also rude in her tone.

I went in yesterday to get a footlong and a 6 inch, we ordered and as we got to the veggies we were greeted with a sign that says they are out of every veggie i could even think of putting on a steak sandwich personally, and so my boyfriend and i both left because they had literally nothing and didn’t tell us. I come in today hoping for a better experience and the rude tall girl who was working told me off and said i’m no longer to be served there because i was unpleased the day before. Will not even consider coming here even if i was paid unless she’s not working. She is rude i miss the other two ladies who worked there a couple months ago.

Went here for a quick sub. Easy parking and easy in and out. Restaurant was clean. Staff was pleasant and food was good. Worked just fine in a pinch for time.

The individual that waited on me at Subway at the casino was rude and arrogant! And the straw that broke the camel's back was, his closing statement from him and I quote " this isn't my first rodeo" I said to him what, i was nothing but courteous to him at all times and this is what I got! If I ever see him at Subway again at the casino I will go elsewhere to get something to eat!P.S. If there was a place for zero stars I would have picked those
