The coffee there was excellent and the cashier was very nice, however, there were 2 little girls were behind the counter (kids of one of the workers). The line was far out the door because the girls making the coffees were more focused on the girls instead of the customers. That really made the wait a lot longer than it should have been. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
After 30 mins in line, the service was pretty lackluster. I felt for them because the line was outrageous. I wanted to try them out after seeing the viral coffee bucket. Got to the counter and was told they don't have them anymore, which i'm sure a lot of people in line behind me were going to be upset about as it wasn't posted anywhere. The coffee I did get was delicious and the bagel was cold but okay. Overall not worth the wait on a Tuesday morning.
First time coming here definitely a good experience food was great coffee was great as well I had the banana pie latte and it was amazing loved it! Will definitely be back! Line was pretty smooth for the amount of people in line but that is to be expected 4.8/5
