First time visit on Sunday. Selena was our server, and she was very pleasant, professional, and attentive, which was appreciated (seeing as we were out on the back porch and it wasn't too busy). The sesame-crusted Ahi tuna we had was cooked perfectly and the chicken salad was obviously homemade with chunks of chicken throughout. My chicken salad sandwich (1/2 with soup or salad) came with a side as well. I just kept it at 2 salads, and they had some of the biggest chunks...
Pre covid, this place offered a wonderful salad bar with fresh hot bread. After reopening it’s just not the same. Although, most of the food is still good, just not the same atmosphere. So now I mostly order takeout and have a favorite. The steak sandwich is amazing! I will usually have onion rings or sweet potato fries as a side, for a little extra cost. Although, last time I had it, my toasted roll was somewhat burnt, it will not stop me from going again.
This has been my husband and I’s go to place for the last few years. Over the last couple of months we have noticed a decline in portions. While we understand that prices are higher for food, you really shouldn’t bump down in quality, just raise the price if you need to. People may not noice a slight uptick in price but definitely notice the portion size.
