My service dog and I was refused to be seated and told we could only seated outside I went back and showed the manager that it was against RI to refuse to seat us but still refused service.
I can’t say much about the food as I don’t care for their food. I have eaten at this location as well as the Mansfield location. I have a problem with the management. They are unethical and terrible people. Get better people to manage your Mansfield location in particular! Shameful.
Stopped in from out of town with no reservation and they quickly accommodated us with a most amazing dining experience. Daniela was an extraordinary server who while handling a large party was also able to keep check on us without any delays. Having true Italian foods that had such bold tastes made our trip more special. We would highly recommend Trattoria Romana as a must visit when you are in the New England area.
