The food at Trattoria is always good, however whenever we go something comes out wrong or not at all, which is normally fixed right away. I also suggest lowering the prices of the specials, which are very high for an otherwise well priced menu with a ton to offer.
Their food is delicious; however, their commitment to concern around food allergies leaves a lot to be desired. I do not feel that wait staff are adequately trained to address a customer's needs (I.e. celiac disease). Within minutes of arrival, a basket of bread is plopped on the table (in front of my wife who has celiac disease) without asking if we wanted it. The server didn't seem to acknowledge our concern with ensuring the food was gluten free and prepared to prevent...
We’ve been several times usually Mother’s Day or special occasions. Customer service was awesome. Our waiter was very friendly nice and helpful. The Alfredo was hot liquid. I watched as my bf tried to eat it as it splashed him. Just hot cream. looked like white water in a bowl. Soda did not have syrup just carbonated so clean the lines etc. I don’t want pale caramel color soda. The dessert strawberry shortcake was really good. The north Attleboro location is far better.
