What a great place! Full of personality, with great people and a great general atmosphere. The food was delicious too (we got a Benedict and the eggs were perfect -- the potatoes were also seasoned really nicely -- and gingerbread pancakes that were outstanding), and, as others have said, our coffee mugs kept getting filled! The location is a bit out of the way for us, but we'll be back nonetheless -- it's worth it!

Ordered hash and eggs. Hash was mushy, tasted like it came from a can. Ordered eggs sunny side up, came with solid yoke. Had to seek out the waitress to get a second cup of coffee and sugar.

Great hash and eggs! Small place so I had to wait a bit for a table but my server, Holly, was great and the portion size was extremely generous. Definitely a step up from your average diner

We visited twice while we were staying locally. Both times we had a very short wait for a table (approx 10 minutes for the first and 2-3 minutes for the second visit) but this is always the sign of a good restaurant for us. A traditional style restaurant, it was full and bustling. It feels very relaxed and homely, and we were never rushed out. Alongside the original menu, there is a weekly special menu too. You can choose from bakery and pastry options, fruit, oatmeal, eggs every way..and much more. My husband loved the corned beef hash with eggs, served with toast and home fries. I tried the French Toast with strawberries, which was also delicious. Our hostess Sade was lovely too, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area, be prepared for a wait but its definitely worth it!

I've been going there for years & years since my kids were babies and now they're 33 & 38 yrs old! Always a pleasure & the food is always great. I love when they come up with wonderful specials! The only thing is the wait is super long during the summer when the tourists come down. But they do try and get you in as quickly as possible. It's my #1 restaurant for breakfast! I miss when they used to serve lunch!
