I have tried multiple times to give chances and all those times came out terrible constantly finding hair in my food. It’s very disgusting especially when you gotta pull it out from your mouth. I wouldn’t eat at this place anymore. I don’t recommend this place to anybody time to have gone in staff looks miserable as a very negative atmosphere orders get screwed up just not worth eating there anymore.
The staff that work on this location don’t know how to follow instructions or read every time messing up the orders. They’re slow un efficient and incompetent why they ask me if I want to ad cheese on my meal I said yes and they never put it on the burger or sandwich or every time I order a sandwich no mayo and add cheese they don’t add cheese but add extra mayonnaise just a waste of time and money.

This is the last time I come here ever again, I was coming about four times a week on my work break, I have had enough of the bs, get four burgers+ food items and can’t get one sauce? “Sorry we charge” and not once have I ever gotten a napkin I guess they charge for that too, always had to use the damn bag as a napkin, great service…. Greedy establishment I’ll pay extra for toppings and get a bird size piece or none at all, I learned my lesson I’ll “have it my way” from home from now on.

At the time of this review it is 130pm on 10/22/24. The service here is always horrible and the restaurant is always dirty and messy. Every time I order food from here my order is always wrong. I only go here because it’s close to work. I wish there was a Wendy’s or McDonalds around this area. The guy at the drive thru is always rude. Never says “please” or a “thank you” before and taking my payment.
