Ordered online and got it delivered, lettuce is black/ brown tomato chunk. Called the location for a refund and was told they couldn’t because it purchased thru third party. Complete waste of $15.

The food is always salty, I work near by and every time I have been there the food is always super salty to the point I can’t eat it, the costumer service is trash, the employees are rude and they don’t offer any help to make your experience a little better, and the place is always dirty.

Staff was friendly, but the food was lacking quality and taste. The chicken seemed over cooked and rubery. And the fajitas were burnt. Seems inconsistent every time we go there.

Place is extremely disgusting. Very filthy the food looks very old like it’s been sitting there. The employees don’t even bother cleaning the station. Service is horrible, every review on this location is all the same. People getting food poisoning! They need to close this place for deep cleaning. Small portions Do not go here. Go to Baja’s instead.

Bottom of the barrel experience at this Chipotle. Don't bother going anytime after 9pm - their “pre close ” will mean no fountain drinks, option’s missing and more. Managers here have a nonchalant attitude towards clients and customer service is the least of their concerns.

We went in for the first time. The entire place was filthy from the food station to all the tables and chairs. Trash overflowing. Glass doors filthy. Condiment /drink area trashed. The older woman employee-completely rude. If you hate your job that much-quit.

I recently visited the Chipotle on and was thoroughly impressed by the management. The place was crowded and it looked like the workers were super busy and working their hardest. The manager, David/Dawson (I don’t remember his name) took charge during a hectic lunch rush with remarkable efficiency and composure. He filled in for someone on the burrito line and was coordinating with the workers to get food on the line. He coordinated the team seamlessly, ensuring that every order was prepared accurately and promptly, even with a long line of customers.

What really stood out was how when I got up there he had a bright smile and warm demeanor. He approached each customer, and me, with a genuine smile and took the time to ask about my day, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that their positive attitude not only lifted the spirits of the customers but also energized the staff.

I noticed how the employees responded to him with respect and eagerness. When he provided guidance on food preparation or cleaning or something else, the team followed through attentively, clearly valuing their manager's leadership. This level of teamwork made the service feel both personal and efficient.

Overall, this Chipotle not only serves delicious food but is also run by a manager who fosters a culture of respect and collaboration. If you’re looking for a great meal in a friendly environment, I highly recommend visiting when this young man is on duty!

This Chipotle never gives a proper portion of anything you would like. You get a maybe half a spoon full of anything you would like. The staff and manager have a very could care less attitude.

99.9% confident the burrito I got from this location gave me horrendous food poisoning. I got the beef barbacoa and I almost went to the ER thinking I had appendicitis. Awful experience and now reading the comments about food handling, raw meats and uncleanliness I’m disgusted.
